Living the life!

I rented this property for a long weekend in Miami. My boyfriend, cousin and I had a wonderful time at the condo. What a spectacular view!!! We were attending a bunch of events in the Downtown area, so the location of this condo could not have been any better!!! We fell in love with the master bathroom and all the other wonderful amenities the place had to offer.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. I am hoping that next year during my visit back to Florida, the property will be available again!!!

Definitely an ideal place to stay during vacation, rather than the confinement that you would've found staying in a measly hotel room.
Owner's Response: We have found that this location which is 5 minutes from South Beach and within walking distances of many of the attractions downtown to be ideal for vacationers. The view from the apartment of the bay, marina and cruise ships coming into the bay is spectacular.

Great Place to Stay!

I had family from out of town stay at this unit twice in the last two years. The owner is very flexible and makes it easy to check in and out. It's centralized and not very far from any place in Miami. Probably less than five minutes to the beach, downtown, and no more than ten minutes to the airport. Amenities include valet parking, pool, gym, sauna, steam room, etc... Property is clean and has basics such ready for use: washer&dryer, kitchen stuff (forks, plates, cups, etc...). Lots of space as it is a two-bedroom unit and a magnificent view of Biscayne Bay.

Amazing for the Price

The location of this property could not have been any better for somewhere not on the beach. The View was absolutely amazing. Just make sure you READ EVERY LINE OF THE EMAILS that are sent to you. Was skeptical about this sort of business, but it all ended ok. Besides there being only one key given to me, when I needed atleast 2, the place was the best. I've been to Miami twice a year since the age of 14 and have never enjoyed a residence like this one. It would have been off the chart excellent if I was given a second key, but we survived. 19th floor balcony view that you can sit and stare out to for hours on end. Location was safe, but a few blocks to the left can get you in serious trouble. Plenty of transportation around the building. With a car, you can get to everywhere within 5-10 minutes. Will always do business with Don again! Was there for 5 nights and was always looking forward to getting back to the residence after the daily/nightly activities.

We stopped for a week in Miami on our way back from Costa Rica. The condo was beautiful, clean, bright and it truly felt like home. The view from our balcony was SPECTACULAR. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the convenience of walking distance to the restaurants and shopping center. We will definitely be back in the near future and we recommend this property to all our friends.

Perfect holiday!

I brought my parents and my 6 year old son to this fantastic condo. We had a lovely week. Everything works here, the location is great. You dont need a car as the bus & metro train is 5 min. away. Our deposit and payment went perfect and on time. The owner was very helpful and provided us with great service (..Very nice as we came all the way from Denmark). The condo is clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. Perfect location if you are going on a cruise! You can see all the cruise ships comming and going from the stunning view.
