A relaxing ranch style beach house with 2 bedrooms & one large bathroom in quiet neighborhood. Wide streets with historic street lighting lamps - a friendly walking area. Has double pane windows to reduce street noise. Will allow a small dog with deposit. Utilities included. Non-Refundable cleaning fee and Refundable security deposit required via valid credit card.

House has central heating and is nicely furnished with a tropical flair. All you need is your clothes and personal things. 25 minutes from wild animal park and downtown San Diego and 10 minutes to harbor for sport fishing or 25 restaurants to choose from. House is located at 916 West Street Oceanside CA (The Seagaze address is for mailing the physical address is 916 West Street 92054).

What makes this house unique

Sitting in front yard and enjoying the sunsets, Walking your dog and enjoying the people in the dog walk club that walk by. Walking to the beach and enjoying the historic area this house is in we are the only rental in the area very quiet no road train or plane noise. Lots of parking and very safe area.There is a dog beach area in the harbor and most food establishments allow dogs. The fishing pier and fishing day boats are great near by also. Nearby is Costco, Wal-Mart, Trader Joe's, a large shopping mall all only minutes away.

this is a great area to walk a dog to the beach and the harbor is beautiful and full of restaurants and shopping just a walk away the oceanside harbor and downtown is right close but far away to have a quiet stay

Perfectly Relaxing!!

When I first came upon this property, I didn't know what to think as I wasn't familiar with the area. Boy, was I surprised. Super quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and a constant ocean breeze! By the time my visit was over, I'd felt like I'd been taking a three month long break, instead of the actual month that I'd rented the space for. I can't wait to return in 2012!!! The house is also a convenient 15-30 minutes from most popular attractions in the San Diego area... oh and it's only a few blocks from the beach!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Excellent Get Away!

My wife and I chose to rent this property for a month, to get away from the cold weather of South Dakota and were very happy with the total experience.
With the home located just blocks from the beach, we could go and spend time on the beach without having to deal with the traffic and congested parking by the home. This home is located in a quite neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living and dinning area. The kitchen is very nice, and it even has a dishwasher.
We have a Boston and he had a blast with all the great people that were walking their dogs stopping by visiting him. We live on an acre in the country and Rudy isn't trained to stay off the streets, so the fenced-in yard was great, as he could be outside and still be safe.
Suzanne and Pat honestly repersented the property and were only a phone call away with any questions. Best of all, they introduced us to what became our favorite place to eat.

If your looking for a nice, quite place to stay that is what I would consider easy on your pocketbook, I would recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly
