TROPICAL PALMS LIT AT NIGHT: The Front and Rear of our Villa is lit with over 80 landscape lighting fixtures. It is an absolute delight to enjoy cocktails, barbecue or hang out in the outdoor bed at night. The lighting is visible through all of the French doors that each bedroom has to the pool deck. There are 5 sets of doors leading to the pool deck.

There are 10 different varieties of Palm Trees on the property!

POLICIES, PETS & DEPOSITS: The reservation is confirmed upon receiving the signed rental agreement and your 25% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment.

There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk.

No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the pool deck.

Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm

If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs.

Any damage or loss will be charged to the credit card.

This Villa is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 people, including children. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.

A minimum 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail

This property is an exceptional little getaway for you, your family and friends. What made my experience great were two things, the property itself and the owner. I had rented this property for my wife's birthday weekend. We had two other couples stay with us from out of town. All of us were impressed with decor and comfortable accommodations. There is a lot of attention to detail, from the bedding and linens to the tommy bahama furnishings, the interior provides a space to relax. Than there is the outside where you feel like you've been transported to an island retreat. Im a S. Florida local so Im used to this weather, but the landscaping and pool give you the privacy and feeling of being away from the mainland. Tom, the owner, cares and it shows. Upon arrival he greeted us and gave a brief overview of the house as well things to do in the area. This property is located within 5 mins of the beach and shops. Tom has combined a stunning property with the professionalism you would expect to find at a fine hotel. We look forward to staying here again when the in-laws are in town.

LOVE THE VILLA!

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. Tom was very responsive and a great host. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.The grounds and pool were gorgeous! We were visiting with my elderly parents and two year old so it was important that the house be comfortable. Everything was provided. All we needed to bring was food and even that was easy. There is a Whole Foods, wine store and tons of shopping within walking distance. The location is also convenient to restaurants and the beach. My two year old is pretty sneaky so I had to create some additional childproofing to the patio doors but that's usually the case when travelling with a two yr old. We loved our time in the villa and will definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here during Christmas week 2011. it was decorated beautifully, well landscaped, and convenient to South Florida attractions.

The house was clean and impeccably maintained.Nearly every night we had dinner parties for 6 - 12 family members and had no difficulty at all.

we spent many happy hours enjoying the pool [before or after going to the beach nearby] and entertaining poolside at night.

we very highly recommend this fine home.
Owner's Response: I work so hard at making all of my guest visits a great experience. The holiday season is extra special at the Villa with all of the lights on the palm trees and tropical foliages. The lighting around the pool makes for a great place for guests to relax!
