Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rental villa

TROPICAL PALMS LIT AT NIGHT: The Front and Rear of our Villa is lit with over 100 landscape lighting fixtures. It is an absolute delight to enjoy cocktails, barbecue or hang out in the outdoor bed at night. The lighting is visible through all of the French doors that each bedroom has to the pool deck. There are 5 sets of doors leading to the pool deck. There are 10 different varieties of Palm Trees on the property!

POLICIES, PETS & DEPOSITS: The reservation is confirmed upon receiving the signed rental agreement and your 50% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment. There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the pool deck. Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. Any damage or loss will be charged to the credit card. This Villa is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 people, including children. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. A minimum 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail

The crib is on wheels so it can be moved to any room in the Villa. We provide an adjustable high chair that has locking wheels.
