Beautiful beachfront luxury condo facing the beach with incredible Gulf and golf course views from the 6th floor! You will not find a more luxurious place to stay in laid-back Port Aransas! Located only a mile from the heart of 'Port A' and right next to an 18 hole, oceanfront, Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course (one of only a few in the world!). Great fishing, dining, music venues, golfing, water sports and miles of Texas beaches are right at your fingertips!

Our recently remodeled condo has approx 1300 square feet with upgraded and comfortable furnishings (not just another beach rental!). Amenities include 2 comfortable King Size beds in each bedroom plus a Queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, sauna, tennis court, assigned garage parking (plus additional parking for your boat), glass elevators and gated boardwalk to the beach.

We take extra care to ensure that our condo is comfortable and clean for our guests who complement us by returning year after year!

Port Aransas is on the northern tip of Mustang Island, about 30 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, three hours from the Rio Grande Valley, three hours from San Antonio and four hours from Houston or Austin.

Why Lesha and Bill chose Port Aransas

As a local real estate broker and investor in this area, we are familiar with the many beachfront condos in or near Port Aransas. We chose to invest at the Aransas Princess because of it's location to the heart of 'Port A' and most importantly for the on-site management who are constantly working to keep the complex maintained so beautifully. AND OH, I have to admit, even we feel like we're on vacation while we're here...the beach views are awesome!

What makes this condo unique

One of the most unique benefits of this complex is the parking garage! This is truly a rare feature in this area. Our spot just happens to be the best in the garage to make things even better! Also the close proximity to one of the few beachfront golf courses in the world goes without mention. Other benefits are our two pools, hot tub and sauna.

This property is exactly as presented on the website, which is what you would like to see as a prospective internet renter. The owners are a breeze to deal with as well. The grounds on the property are very well maintained, and we liked it so much, we visited again.

Awesome Beach View

This was my second time to visit Port Aransas but my first time to stay at the Aransas Princess. The condo was very nice and exceptionally well appointed. The decor was beautiful and I think my entire family felt right at home. We stayed at Port Royal last year and it is very obvious that the Aransas Princess keeps their property updated and extremely clean. Port Royal was outdated and badly in need of repairs. In fact, while we were at the Aransas Princess last week, they were making masonry repairs and I noticed the board walk had recently been updated. I give this property a big thumbs up! Also, the beach was beautiful and very clean. The Port Royal beach was dirty and the area for beach-goers was very small. The Aransas Princess had a large, spacious beach and it was easily accessible via board walk, unlike the Port Royal (their boardwalk was in need of repairs and since the property is set further off the beach, it takes forever to reach the beach). I have no complaints for this property and I love the town! We will be back next summer!

This was our family's first time to visit Port Aransas. We loved the location, couldn't have been better. The pools were fantastic and accessibility to the beach was great. The condo was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone (there were 5 of us). We did a bit of cooking and the kitchen was very accommodating. We had one minor issue to report and within minutes the handyman was there to take care of it. We would love to come back and stay during our next visit to Port Aransas.

Our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this condo. Plenty of space for our group of 2 couples w/ 2 small children each. The place was immaculate inside and the grounds too. And the walk to the beach on the board walk was short and loved that it is located in an area were cars are not allowed to drive close to the water. Safer for children. The parking spot in the garage is located right near the elevators which was also a plus. We will be back!!
