Ocean front: Our condo is located on the 6th floor with incredible views of the Gulf and new Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Newport Dunes. Other amenities include: Elevator, Assigned Garage Parking, Washer/Dryer in unit, Sauna, Two Pools, Shuffleboard and Private boardwalk to the beach.

Great food: Port Aransas has some of the very best seafood restaurants in Texas!!!

Great fishing!: You can charter for deep sea or bay fishing. Plenty of room to park your trailered boat and marinas for fuel minutes away.

Golf: New Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Newport Dunes, is located next to the condo.

This property is exactly as presented on the website, which is what you would like to see as a prospective internet renter. The owners are a breeze to deal with as well. The grounds on the property are very well maintained, and we liked it so much, we visited again.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly

This is a very nice condo. Perfect for 2 couples. The Sandfest was about 1/2 away. Will rent again next year.

We have stayed in this condo for 3 years in a row. It is comfortable, clean and well stocked. Great access to the beach and to town. Great pools. Love the beds and linens. We look forward to our stay each year.
