This roomy 3 bedroom/2 full bath cottage is situated right on Beach St. at Muskegon's Pere Marquette Public Beach on Lake Michigan. This cottage is all about location and has been freshly painted and recarpeted. Just a walk out the front door and across the street to the award winning and only nationally certified 'clean beach' on the Great Lakes (see National Geographic Traveler) where you can enjoy the sun, sand, sparkling fresh water, and water activities galore! Catch spectacular sunsets from the rooftop deck. Restaurants within walking distance. Bike path, channel and boardwalk, and children's playground. Visit USS Silversides submarine a block away. Public boat launch nearby. Short drive to Michigan Adventure, a Six Flags family water park. Sleeps six comfortably and has central air, with a well-equipped large kitchen, washer and dryer. Build a fire and roast marshmallows in the sand.

OFF SEASON: $300.00 (non-refundable) is required at time of booking as a holding deposit. The balance of $900.00 is due at check-in. A $200.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS ALSO DUE at check in - refunded upon property inspection within 14 days after stay. A separate check is preferred. Rental agreement will be signed and rental guidelines reviewed upon arrival. Owner will meet guests with a key to the cottage. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Renter must be age 25 years or older.

Beautiful and peaceful vacation

The location was wonderful, by the beach with two playgrounds for the kids. Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean. What more can I say... We can't wait to go back. Well worth the money, all the comforts of home.

Fantastic Family Beach House!

This was our first "big" family vacation, and we LOVED staying at the beach house! Our girls enjoyed every moment and are now asking us (almost every day) when can we go on vacation again? The house was wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. The owners were fantastic! Sometimes pictures are difficult to capture the very essence of a place, and we were overjoyed at the location, and everything about the beach house.

Beach Holiday 2010

We had a fantastic stay in your gorgeous beach house .Was well worth the 23hr journey to get to your location from Scotland .The guys cant thank you enough for the fishing trip .Would recommend this house to everyone

Beautiful Sunsets!

We had a wonderful time at this home! My mom and I stayed there a week - had a retirement party for my sister one night and had a great time around the firepit out front and then had a re-union for mom and friends - they loved the place! Great location - accurately described on the listing and a beautiful view from the upstairs deck. Lots of room and sleeping facilities - I can't wait to come back next summer!
The owners were wonderful!
