Molokai is a quiet unspoilt non-commercial island with the highest sea cliffs in the world. There are beautiful untouched beaches and numerous waterfalls. This modern 2680 sq. ft. house sits on two fenced acres of south facing landscaped property,which is about 1/ 2 mile from the ocean. During the winter months the whales perform and can be watched from the Lanai. There are two queen sized beds and a double bed to sleep six people. Each room has bedside tables and lamps. Two of the bedrooms have large closets, the third has an over-sized dresser. There is a bathroom with shower off the master suite. A second bathroom can be found in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas stove top, with convection oven and opens onto a large dinning, living room area. There are two TVs that are setup with satellite and DVD capabilities, and there is a stereo system. The lanai has outdoor seating, a table, and a gas BBQ.

CHECK IN: 3:30p.m. CHECK OUT: 10:00a.m The house has an information binder that we would like our guests to look through and read when they arrive. There is also a guest book, where we would appreciate any comments that our guests may wish to share. Molokai is a quiet, friendly island. It is not a shopping island as such, however many artists make Molokai their home and sell their products at the local galleries. On Saturday there is a Market on main street, and fresh fruit and vegetables and other items can be purchased there. This is not a touristy island and the night life is minimal.

There is one car rental agency, alamo at the airport and Island Kine (molokai-car-rental.com) which is off airport. They may all be accessed through the internet. The Island of Molokai is served by Island Air among other possibilities. The larger airliners do not serve this island. The small airlines fly out of Honolulu and Maui and can be booked over the internet. There is Taxi information available at the airport.

Other Activities: There are two golf courses on the Island

I just rented this glorious home for a month and can't say enough good things about it.It is well located to everything,secure,great veiws very large and so well stocked. The pictures just don't do it justice. Wouldn't think about renting any other place when I come to Molokai.
