Gorgeous! Summer Beach Townhome. Relax overlooking the lake out the back. Walk or ride bikes to the Ritz and the nearby beach access (1/4 mile). The new private Summer Beach pool is 200' away - steps away from our home. Enjoy The Golf Club at Amelia Island and, after your round of golf, enjoy the spa and have a meal at the FIVE star restaurant. Other activities abound - shopping, fishing, horseback riding, painting classes and, of course, culinary delights. Our luxury unit is perfect for two or three couples and/or family. We have provided two bikes for your use and beach chairs/toys/games etc. You can also enjoy the Summer Beach Club which has a pool and beach chairs. The unit has unlimited phone and WiFi and premium Comcast Cable. Amelia is a very special place - we sold our spot in Destin as this area is much less crowded; the beach is always empty! The master bedroom is on the ground floor so it's perfect for folks needing a respite from the cold for 2-4 months, pls call.

Fernandina Beach - Amelia Island : As you may know, Fernandina has over fifty restaurants and is loaded with history. There are boat trips, cute stores, and many activities. You will enjoy the east coast's oldest town (and check out St. Marys in Georgia too, as they claim to be older than Fernandina).

Fishing and Golf: You can surf cast all summer long and charter boats right near Brett's Cafe in Fernandina. Cobia, tarpon and Sea Bass run off shore (tarpon very close in July). Or, fish inland for Red Drum and Sea Trout. You can golf right next to the unit at the Golf Club at Amelia - or the many other local public courses from Royal Amelia to the North Hampton's Palmer Course.

This home is absolutely lovely. All of the accomodations were beautiful and well kept. The master was private with a touch of romance. The back view is fantastic. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped! There's a widescreen TV and DVD player, plus bonus HBO/Starz channels. The kitchen had everything we needed for several eat-in meals. It is VERY convenient to the pool. The beach is a short walk. We had use of the facilities at the Carlton Ritz. You can't go wrong with this rental! Stewart was VERY accomodating to us! We'll be back!! P.S. Take advantage of a beach horseback ride at Kelly Seahorse Ranch.
