1590 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms or 2 bedroom/den, 2 baths, sleeps 6, HOA requires 30 day minimum rental period.

Located directly on the La Costa Resort golf course, this newly remodeled, and tastefully decorated condominium is perfect for your relaxing vacation. Every window has an expansive golf course view. Golf at the world-famous La Costa golf course or try the greens at Aviara, Encinitas Ranch or Twin Oaks golf courses. After golfing, refresh yourself in the community swimming pool or spa. And then spend a relaxing evening reading or playing games in front of the condo's fireplace.

Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable California-king beds and luxury linens. Sleeping for two is available on a queen size bed in the third bedroom/den. (This room is partly open, 5 foot opening, to the livingroom.) The unit has two full bathrooms, supplied with fluffy, white towels and a brand new washer and dryer.

Cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, or enjoy the many dining possibilities just minutes from the condo. Nearby Carlsbad Village offers restaurants, shops, antique stores and live music.

The condo is in a security building with key operated outside security doors and a gated subterranean parking garage with two parking spaces for this unit. There is easy access via elevator to unit from the parking garage.

If 'extreme shopping' is what you desire, a 12-minute drive takes you to the Carlsbad Company Stores shopping mall for impressive savings on upscale brand names. If you care to venture farther on your shopping adventure, the charming city of La Jolla beckons with shopping galore from high-end art galleries to charming boutiques.

Children are sure to enjoy Legoland, a short 12 minutes away. SeaWorld, Wild Animal Park, the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Balboa Park with its world-class museums, are all approximately 30 minutes away.
