• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed
  in advance with the owner's rate in US funds. We require total amount due upfront to secure the rental along
  with a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, unless damage t has
  occurred or excessive cleaning is required.
  The remaining 50% balance is due six week prior to your arrival date. A via cleaning fee $ 85 will be charged
  to your credit card upon check-in.
  If cancellation occurs with less than a 30 days advance notice, the guest will receive 50% of the total amount.
  No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. Cashier's Checks or Money Orders are acceptable. The Hotel will
  provide room services and maid service for an extra charge. As well for the use of the telephone to make local
  or long distance calls. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 21, must show valid ID upon Check-in
  at front desk

  Check-In & Check-Out:
  Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am. You will need to check-in and check-out at front desk
  and identify yourself as the guest of the apartment 1111
  we ask that observe this strictly as this gives us only 4 hours to get the apartment ready for our next guest.
  There will be a $ 100.00 penalty fee minimum deducted from your refundable security deposit for a late stay fee that has
  not been previously approved by the condo/suite owner.
