Walk or ride our bikes to Tigertail Beach from this beautifully furnished newer home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the double converging waterway view from the upper covered lanai or sundeck with a 6 person therapeutic hot tub. Or, enjoy the unique sparkling pool with waterfall set two steps down amongst tropical foliage. There is total privacy in the pool due to the lowered configuration, which also allows tropical planters all around. This home represents the perfect vacation get-a-way. We furnish fishing poles, bikes, pool/beach toys, etc. The 39 jet hot tub is overlooking the water & maybe a dolphin or manatee. The home is completely furnished & decorated in the latest island decor including 'Tommy Bahama' & lush Italian leather sofas. Enjoy the new 46' HDTV. The large dock is perfect for fishing & the pool/lanai have SE exposure. This home has it all: Location, decor and options. WI-FI access on the entire property and unlimited US long distance included.

Our little slice of tropical heaven: This modern home with soaring ceilings, crown molding, and tasteful decor is in a class by itself. Coupled with the unique private sunken pool and upper lanais it offers the best in privacy and views over the double converging waterways. We have equipped it with everything to make your vacation easy and special. We have beach chairs, beach toys, skim board, umbrellas, fishing poles, fishing equipment, gas grill, and pool floats. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The new therapeutic spa has multiple stations for a full body massage and benches for social hot tubbing. The lanais and pool face the water in a southeast direction, so the hot afternoon sun and glare is not a factor. Mornings are bright and beautiful, with the sun dancing on the rippling waters of the waterways. The landscaping is fabulous. Pick your own coconuts or frangipani. We feel it is completely fantastic and pride ourselves in providing a great home for our guests.

Marco Island is a quiet tropical paradise. It has a three mile beach fronting on the Gulf of Mexico where dolphin and manatees are often seen in the quiet waters. There are many fine restaurants and shops on the Island. A short drive brings visitors to the City of Naples, which boasts cultural events, the famous 5th Ave. South area of boutique shops and restaurants, and its own beautiful bay and beaches.

To the east of Marco lies the fascinating Everglades, where visitors can take an air boat ride out into the 'Sea of Grass' where the wildlife is abundant. This is truly a vacation paradise.

Wonderful Anniversay Trip

My husband and I stayed at this property October 9 to 16, 2007. We had a marvelous time. The home was as pictured and obviously well cared for. The kitchen was well equiped and the gas grill was excellent. Marco Island is still very quite this time of year and we felt like we were away from it all.

While on the island we visited the Marriott Marco Island Spa and were pleased with the visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of some spa time.

There is an excellent seafood shop on the island known as the Paradise Shrimp Company. Everything we purchased there and at the Swan River Seafood Shop in Naples was wonderful. We also visited a unique butcher store in Naples known as Jimmy P's Butcher Shop.

This is one of the best vacation home experiences we have ever had. If the owners are willing we would gladly rent again and recommend this property to others without hesitation.

Fantastic House

We stayed in this house June, 2011 and found it to be wonderful. It's very spacious, clean, well appointed, and well located. Everything we could want was already there. There were six of us in total (2 teenagers, 2 grandparents, and my wife and me) and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and 'do their own thing'. We used the pool daily (it's bigger than we expected) and the jacuzzi occasionally. We rented a boat from the Rose Marco Marina (they were very helpful and flexible) and kept it tied up at the dock behind the house. It was a great way to get around and have some fun. My kids caught fish off the dock and we saw dolphins in the canal almost every day. The shell collecting at the beach is some of the best we've every seen. We'd recomend this house to anyone and are thinking of going back next year.

Luxuous and relaxing house

We enjoyed your home. When we arrived, everything was clean. The location was perfect, markets, restaurants and beach were actually very near and the home was well equiped. It was as our home. We enjoyed going in the pool after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed eating outside and doing BBQ. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the tranquility of the area. Our daughter even saw a dolphin when she was on the dock one day. A well decorated house where you can have a relaxing vacation.

Thank you for renting this home to our family!

Fantastic Vactation destination!

We had a great time at this home. It was beautiful and very clean. My husband and I took a few walks to Starbucks, which was only 1/2 mile away. We also used the bikes to tour the island. The location was great - close to the beach, starbucks, restaurants and grocery store. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, and spices almost as well as my home. We would love to go back again. The screened in area was so nice to relax in. The hot tub was always our favorite destination after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. A few activities we enjoyed were shelling near the end of Tigertail Beach and Kayaking. We did have a car but didn't really need it with the bikes that were available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Absolutely Fabulous

What a house! All you could possibly need. We had a fantastic time riding the bikes,fishing from the dock,playing in the pool,relaxing in the hot tube,watching dvds and just chilling out in this very spacious house.We were fortunate to see both manatees and dolphines from the dock also a osprey had nested in a palm tree opposite the dock. We returned only a week ago 28/08/2009 and already got our security deposit back.We would re visit this property again without question.Book it you won't regret it!!
