This charming log home is located in a private community just steps away from the beach.  Offered for rent for the first time, this 1800 sq foot home has three bedrooms, a double attached garage with automatic door opener and utility room with washer and dryer.  Also on the property is a 12' by 12'  chalet-playhouse with sleeping loft that your children will love.  The home has central heat and air conditioning which makes it a year round retreat.  Decorated by a New York Designer this is truly a rare find.

About the area: Crystal Beach is a private community two miles from South Haven. Numerous events are held each summer including the Fourth of July Fireworks Display (one of the finest), South Haven Art Fair, Festival of Cars, and the National Blueberry Festival. For entertainment try a cruise on the new 'Friends Good Will' (1812 replica) sailing vessel, go berry picking (South Haven in the Blueberry Capital of the World), walk or bike the famous Kal-Haven Trail, or go salmon fishing on one of the charter boats. And if golf is your thing you are in luck because Hawkshead is only 15 minutes away. And ladies the shopping is great. After shopping go aboard the 'Idler'( formally owned by the Vincent Price family) and have a 'long Island Iced Tea'. But I warn you it is not your Mama's iced tea. But the best part is the beach, whether you swim and sun during the day or have a bonfire at night and cook 's' mores' this will truly be a vacation to remember.
