PRIVATE END UNIT - Located in the guard gated community of Santa Rosa Cove. Just a short walk to the historic La Quinta Resort and Spa (now a Waldorf Astoria property) where you can enjoy all that the hotel has to offer. This is a very safe secure area nestled close to the mountains...peaceful and serene.
UNIT IS LIKE NEW - Considered a 'premium' unit as it was totally redesigned/remodeled by a local designer. Sparkling clean and bright with lots of natural light accenting a modern decor. Quiet end unit with a large side yard. The furnace was relocated in the attic to reduce noise and all the furnishings are new. There is a fireplace in livingroom along with a flat screen TV/DVD player & speakers throughout. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters & top of the line appliances. Master bedroom suite w/King Bed has its own fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD and elegant granite bathroom with a 3'x5' double headed shower w/temp. control and 2 sinks. Second bedroom suite w/Queen bed also has a flat screen TV with a marble bathroom w/oversized tub/shower combo. There is a newly created powder room in the hallway. The den (off the livingroom), has an office area, extra seating w/double sized sofa bed and flat screen TV. The house is one level (no stairs) with a separate laundry room and two car garage. The covered patio with large gourmet barbecue grill is all set up for outside grilling / dining / sunbathing...quiet private area overlooking a small pond and fountain.
A RENTER'S DREAM - Fully stocked...just bring your personal necessities and you will be good to go.
Golf is available at the two golf courses in Santa Rosa Cove as they are open to the public.
TENNIS is available at the resort (for a fee) or you can use courts provided in the complex.
ON SITE are pools, tennis courts, golf courses, etc. Close to old town La Quinta. Short drive to all the surrounding desert communities. Great area for walking/jogging and moonlight strolls.

Visited the area off and on for over 30 years (previously lived in Seattle). Made La Quinta my permanent home in the late 80's. Remodeled the house for my son, who never did live there as business kept him in Los Angeles. So, we put it in the rental market. Since I live across Eisenhower at La Quinta CC ( 5 minutes away), I am the designated 'Manager'. It has been fun meeting all the wonderful renters who have treated the property with great respect. Upon arrival, they tell me that pictures just do not do it justice. It truly is a beautiful unit - one of a kind! I think it is one of the few in the Cove that was totally ripped apart and redesigned. Certainly a fun project for me as I am a local designer. Also, as Manager, it is my goal to make sure every renter has a great experience and will return again and again. Santa Rosa Cove is the best area to visit! -Kathy Laird

"Thanks Kathy, we had a great time! And yes the weather was great, location was perfect, you keep an extremely well stocked house. I don’t think we needed anything you didn’t have on hand….
We enjoyed the resort without having to deal with the collage frat parties with 10 heads to a room, we just picked a nice quite pool for the day and then returned back to the luxury of our own space. I don’t think we will ever stay in a resort room again?

Within walking distance of the La Quinta Resort in a walled in community - safe and secure for walking. Lots of fruit trees to pick off of (oranges, lemons, grapefruit). Can also leave the community and walk to Old Town La Quinta. This area is nestled right next to the Santa Rosa Mts. considered sacred to the local Indians...quiet, peaceful and very spiritual.
