This rental includes free access to the Northstar Recreation Center. It is only a five minute walk across the parking lot. The fitness center has aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights. The Rec Center also has three outdoor hot tub spa's, a main pool, a year-round lap pool and a kiddie pool. The youth center has video games, pool tables, ping pong, a movie room, vending machines and more. The Tennis Center is rated one of the top 25 tennis camps in the U.S. Check out the scheduled lessons and social events!
In the winter, Northstar offers amazing skiing for all ability levels. In addition, there is a Terrain Park and a Super Pipe for snowboarder's. There is even a snow-tubing park. Northstar’s kids and family programs are often ranked among the Best in the Country by USA Today and Ski Magazine. There are private and group lessons for children. The resort also offers licensed childcare for children ages 2-6. During the summer, the resort offers an 18-hole golf course, a mountain bike park serviced by two high-speed quad chairs, tennis, horseback riding, hiking and fly fishing. The Lake Tahoe area is full of fun during the summer. The Fourth of July celebration boasts the largest synchronized fireworks display west of the Mississippi.
