Policies Part One:
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information- -Sent by email upon booking. Includes directions and access code. Locking Door-- Pass code provided 7-10 days prior to visit.
Check-In Time 3:00 pm Check-Out Time 11:00 am
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival-$50.00 fee will be assessed. Within 30 days deposit non-refundable. Changes in reservations before 30 days, no charge.
Smoking and Pets--are not permitted.
Housekeeping--Before and after visit
Maintenance Emergencies-- Please contact us directly for maintenance problems.
Terms of Eviction-- Breech of policies will result in eviction.
Courtesy Hold Reservations-- For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not 'hold' reservation dates without confirmed payment
Delayed Arrivals--No refunds
Minimum Age Requirement--22
Late Reservation Payments--Total payment at time of booking.
Property Damage--Credit card will be charged. Security deposit on case by case basis.
Policies Part Two:
Liability-Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property or on resort lands
Reservation Guarantee-- If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property.
Excessive Noise-- Will not be tolerated
Refusal of Business-- Owner reserves the right to refuse business to past guests who have defaced or damaged the property
Missing Items-- Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the guest departure.
Noise Restrictions-- Quiet time after 2200, 10:00 pm
Garbage Removal- Dumpsters in parking lot for garbage. Please remove garbage on departure.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal-- Bookings made by guests who do not meet eligibility requirements published in the policies table can be canceled within 24 hours of the booking.
