Also Seawatch has the only available deep water dock as part of the rental upon approval. Seawatch completed in 2007 is architecturally designed with spacious and panoramic views throughout. The 4,000 square foot vacation home includes numerous decks and screened porches (front & back) along with 10 foot or cathedral ceilings decorated in earth tone colors. Seawatch has the same delightful spacious floor plan but completely refurbished in 2007. Retreat to this beautiful tranquil North Captiva Island graced by a wildlife sanctuary and 3 miles of pristine white sand beaches, home to numerous varieties of tropical fauna, flora, and sea life. Seawatch is located at 155 Kingfisher Dr between Mourning Dove Dr and Gold Finch Dr. Using Google Maps Satellite image the house is 7 houses up along the beach from N Airstrip Drive and is the house with the longest dock. Directions From the Airport From Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, to entrance of I-75 (Exit 21) - North on I-75 to Rte 884 Exit 136, West on Colonial Blvd. and over mid Cape coral Bridge, straight on Veterans Parkway, left on Pine Island Rd (Rte 78) through Matalacha to 4-way stop at Pine Island Center. Right onto Stringfellow Road towards Bokeelia, continue approximately 3 miles, turn left on Pineland Road at the Pineland sign (Pineland Marina). Continue about 1 1/2 miles to Pineland Marina at Pineland on the left. Island Girl is past Main Indoor/Outdoor Boat Storage on right at the end of boat slips on right of driveway.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning is without charge unless the home and/or license are left excessively dirty.
  • All rentals generally Saturday to Saturday.
    $15 per person per day beyond 10 individuals. Add 11% to above rates for Florida Lodging Tax. Rates subject to change without notice. Complementary second golf cart.
  • The reservation form along with a $500 deposit is required to complete a reservation and must be received by Seawatch LLC within 7 days of a tentative phone reservation having been made. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home & within 45 days of departure. The rent + Tourist Tax is due 60 days before occupancy. To pay for extra bedding and cleanup services parties beyond 10 individuals are charged an extra $15 per person per day. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival the $500 security deposit and rent plus 11% Tourist Tax is due overnight (UPS, FedEx, or US Mail). Alternatively any above payments can be made through either international or domestic wire. Contact owner for acct. # (239)-898-2692.
