rude owner

The condo was ok, the building itself was on the beach but the part of the building we were in was off to the side a bit. still, it was good. The only issue I had with it was the false advertisement for free wifi. The owner told me there was free wifi and in fact it was paid, very very expensive! When i called to tell her about it, she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I would never deal with that owner ever again-the name is Dave and Ruthanne Charick. The place itself was fine though.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately people hear what they want to hear. I have saved the original email that said, "wi fi was available at the complex." Never was it discussed that it was given for free. This is a feature provided by the condo association and not by the owners. We include four beach chairs and an umbrella for the renters convenience. This alone can save the renter $35.00 a day as well as the convenience of the cumbersome packing of chairs. Above all, this renter received discounted rates for her stay. In five years of renting I never had a complaint, only lovely messages and wonderful compliments. Obviously, you can't please everybody!
