Tempe Vacation Rental condo

Our group has been going to Baseball Spring Training in Arizona for 5 years, staying at at various name brand hotels. Not knowing the area, it was comforting booking our lodging through name brand hotels for convenience and internet safety. But as our group has gotten bigger, the lodging at these hotels become more cramped and expensive. This year, we decided to look for a rental propery instead. I found this property through Home Away and ventured onto the company's site.

I thought a I had a great match for our vacation but wary of internet fraud, I sent them an email and got a very quick response. After a little more research and a few more emails I felt confident in booking this rental. Doing so was just as easy as booking a room from a name brand hotel online.

I can honestly say that this property was fantastic, went beyond my expectations and is highly recommended, here's why:

1. Stretch your legs: As baseball fans, it was a godsend to be able to come back to the rental and stretch out after a day at the park. Normally we would be cramped in a single hotel studio or 2 room suite. But here, with the two separate bedrooms, living room and dining area we all had room to unwind and relax.

2. Save some money: We saved a lot of money making use of the BBQ grill and kitchen. Going to baseball games each day can get costly in terms of food but then having to go out at night for dinner just tacks on expense. We simply went to the local grocery store bought some items that could be grilled quickly and fired that up each night. We went out once for dinner but were able to relax the other nights.

3. The Price is Right: Two years ago we stayed one week in a two room hotel suite but were still cramped up. But for only a few hundred dollars more, it was well worth the price to have the extra space and ability to move without bumping elbows with a travelmate.

This is the way to go for our future Spring Training vacations in AZ and we will be back next year.
