With an empty lot on one side and a conservation area and lake at the back, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with Pool and Spa, Air conditioning and Wireless Internet, is one of the few very private villa's in Rolling Hills Estate. The Master Bedroom with a Kingsize Bed , en-suite bath and color TV opens to the fully screened pool area. The second largest room has a Queen Size Bed. Each of the remaining 2 bedrooms contain two Twin Size Beds. The living room is fully furnished and includes Playstation 2,cable TV, DVD, VCR, HiFi player. The spacious Kitchen with family breakfast nook is fully equipped with all major and small appliances,cookware,tableware and utensils. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer and a two Car Garage. Rolling Hills Estate is one of the closest residential areas to the Disney Parks and conveniently located for those who wish to explore all the many attractions Florida has to offer. Grocery stores, Restaurants and a ATM are just a 5 min drive away. A Hospital and Medical Walk In Clinic are a 10 min drive from the house. A short 15 min drive and you are at Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica, Award winning Arabian Nights dinner show, Golf, Mini Golf and Helicopter ride. If you like to shop until you drop then here is where you would want to go: Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Flea Market on US 192. If you don't mind driving, visit Kennedy Space Center and Bush Gardens .
