Mahogany Run apartment design and interior decor offers an out of the ordinary blend of West Indian architecture and subtle Italian details together, creating an apartment filled with relaxing ambiance. This apartment is a one bedroom apartment which sleeps 3 persons. It is a fully furnished apartment that features a king size posted bed with A/C unit, a sofa bed, a full bathroom which includes hairdryer, bath robes and towels. The kitchen area is fully equipped with microwave, blender, toaster and washing machine. The living area is provided with a TV set, stereo set, CDs and WiFi. This apartment also features a magnificent view of the sea from the secluded terrace which goes all the side that can be used for sunbathing, romantic dining or just relaxing. The condo staircase leads you to the beach. Its location is perfect, set aside from any commotion but 5 minutes walking distance from supermarkets and banks This apartment can accommodate couple, 3 adults or small family.

The lovely Mahogany Run condominiums is located in Grenada better known as the “Isle of Spice” on the superb and secluded Morne Rouge Bay. The island’s main beach Grand Anse Beach is within 5 minutes walking distance and has recently been voted the 4th best beach in the world. The island has a very low crime rate and is ideal for long or short vacations when wanting to get away from the rest of the world and experience something different. Morne Rouge Beach has white sand, calm and clear crystal water which makes the beach ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sun bathing. Though the Morne Rouge Bay is secluded, its location is perfect since all amenities; Shopping Malls, Supermarkets, Banks, Police Station, Pharmacies, Restaurants amongst other things are within walking distance. Many activities like sport fishing, hiking, island tours, hashing, diving, whale watching, a trip to the museum can be arranged for you.

There is a mobile phone in the apartment which will be credited initially, and can be topped up easily by purchasing “top up cards”. The phone will contain useful numbers (e.g. restaurants, taxis, office, maid etc) which will be more convenient and inexpensive for your stay in Grenada. Food catering can also be organized as requested including romantic Hors d'oeuvres with champagne and more. Babysitting can be arranged. All you have to do is ask. Also included is maid service 2 times a week. NB: check out time is 12noon

This home was absolutely lovely, it's perfect for a couple. The kitchen is very well equipped (plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, containers). Other essentials such as lamps, voltage transformers, towels, laundry washer and sheets are all available. It is located in VERY SAFE area where there are many other hotels and nearby shopping malls and restaurants. It is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport, sgu and beaches.
Ernest was very attentive, professional and helpful throughout the whole process of making arrangements.

The only down side was that I broke some plates and was excessively charged for them. The other thing is the mosquitoes that plague you everywhere in the island so make sure you have insect repellent to avoid diseases.

What a beautiful place this was. The condo is very quiant w/ an outside balcony overlooking the ocean. I can't say enough about Earnst Clark. He was a very hospitable host and answered as many questions as he could for us. We found the kitchen a little sparse on the utensils, pots and pans. The beach was wonderful and the water great to swim in.
This was advertised as a quiet place, unfortunately, the neighbor of a private home has 4 dogs which started barking at 4 AM and continued throughout the day! This was very discouraging as there was nothing we could do. There were dogs at the other end of the beach as well and once one started, they all joined in. One could not sleep in peace at night. We didn't pay all that money to listen to barking dogs and amazes me that no one does anything about it.
Another noticeable item to mention was the amount of trash on the grounds. It's such a beautiful place but everywhere you look there is trash all over. On the sides of the road, on Quarantine Point and I even picked up trash on a daily basis on the beach.
I don't want to sound negative but the owners of this complex need to be made aware of things that will prevent visitors from returning.
