Charming beach house in lovely quiet area on Ct. shoreline - 2 houses away from 1 0f 2 private beaches - 3 bedrooms (sleeps 4) Air Conditioned - comfortable enclosed back porch with windows all around for cool breezes - private back yard with deck / picnic table/ gas grill/ ,etc. minimal traffic - yet only 3 mins from Rt 1 - 8 mins from Clinton Commons and 45 mins from casinos

Sit on the beach (less than 1 mins walk to private beach) ) - and see the boats travel through the harbor channel as you watch beautiful sunsets - we are also known for ou rgreat sandbars - easy breezy summertime living - come and enjoy

Why we love it: Harbor view beach is a private beach association and a magical - quiet - lovely little community. Mostly residential - with 2 private sandy and swimmable beaches - one of which is less than a minute from our cottage- / although we are tucked away - we are only 5 minute ride from route 1 - (shopping plaza with stop/ shop store - TJ Max - etc. And close to Shaws/ Blockbuster - restaurants - etc.)- sit on the beach and watch the boats - walk the sandbars (we are known for our sandbars - at low tide you can practically walk to the channel) - take leisurely walks around harbor view - cook out - read your paper in the morning while having coffee out on the porch. Relax and enjoy - for a change of pace - visit the movie theater in Westbrook - 15 minute ride - go to the ct. River - Essex for a river ride - or go to the miniature golf at Saybrook point (overlooks ct. River) - visit Gillettes Castle - or go to 'Clinton commons' for famous factory outlets.
