This luxurious condominium is located in the South Lake Union neighborhood and is walking distance to the must see Pikes' Place Market, Nordstrom's flagship store, Seattle Museum of Modern Art and gourmet eating such as the Dahlia Lounge and Palace Kitchen. Contemporary furnishings decorate the interior, accented by cherry hardwood floors and custom built-in bar and bookcase, 42-in flatscreen above the fireplace, sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony that faces the courtyard. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ebony stained wood cabinets and decorator glass back splash. A Heavenly Bed is on an Italian leather bed frame, nightstands, crystal lamps, and a 32-in flatscreen. Other amenities are a washer/dryer, satellite dish and wireless high-speed Internet.

I have rented a half dozen condos in various cities. This unit was without a doubt the best overall arrangement: well-decorated, well-appointed, well-supplied, and comfortable (the bed was amazing). The common areas were nicely maintained and the gym and hot tub areas in particular were outstanding. The fact that the Pan Pacific, Starbucks, and Whole Foods are in the same complex made purchasing food and catching a cab a breeze. The place was well-stocked for supplies (I'm accustomed to bringing or buying my own dishwashing, laundry supplies, etc., but there was no need here). We didn't have much time to cook, but the kitchen is also the best-appointed of the places in which I have stayed. Finally, the location is truly within a 10-20 min walk to far more than we were able to do (though we hit as much as we could: Pike Place Market, Convention Center, Capitol Hill, Space Needle area). It will be my first choice the next time I am in town.
