We own and manage our condo. You will be working directly with us and not a rental agency

Thank you for spending a few moments looking at our condo. We want you to know that we are vacationers too. What we look for is a place that is affordable and is kept absolutely clean and has up to date furnishings. Our condo fits this description. You have a place that leaves you more money to spend on the rest of your vacation. You are using the same beach, same restaurants, same stores, same recreation places and other amenities that are used by the high priced condos. We also want to know what others have to say about our condo after they leave. We have many guest reviews for you to read. You don’t have to just take our word in the advertising. We have been blessed with so many wonderful guests over the past few years and have many repeat visitors.

We are very particular about providing an immaculate condo for your stay. Cleanliness & Comfort are so important to us and for you.

Please Read: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo. Our condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed per our homeowners association rules.

Shopping: Foley is 6 miles north of Gulf Shores. The Tanger Outlet has 150 stores to visit. Gulf Shores has many of your specialty and souvenir stores. There are 4 major grocery stores in Gulf Shores. They are Walmart, Bruno's, Winn-Dixie and Publix. On the highway between Foley and Gulf Shores are many, many outlet type stores along with a large Old Time Pottery.

Restaurants: Gulf Shores has many of the local flavored restaurants. We recomment Lulu's, Tacky Jack's, The Original Oyster House, The Shrimp Basket, Bahama Bob's, The Islander, Mikey's, Ribs and Reds, Sea-n-Suds. Foley has all the major chain restaurants and fast food places there. Gulf Shores also has the fast food places too.

Wonderful place to enjoy the beach

My husband and I try to spend a week at the beach every 6 months just to get away from our hetic lives and recharge our batteries. Staying here in this condo was like being in our own home; it was equiped with everthing we could possibly need and was so comfortable. Being able to just walk across the street to the beach or to a restaurant nearby was wonderful. There is a balcony to sit on and watch traffic go by or the beach across the street. I would sit in the morning with my cup of coffee and just enjoy the scenery. We loved having our car parked under the condo and so close. No security problems and we felt very safe. This is truly the way to go, no more motels for us. We will be back. Thanks Randy for making this such an easy process to rent your condo. Anyone considering renting this property, you won't be disappointed, and Randy Moris, the owner, is super to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent place to stay!! It was VERY clean and close to EVERYTHING. We will definately be staying here again, hope to make this an annual family vacation.

GREAT GULF SHORES GET AWAY!

Our 5 nite stay was wonderful! This condo is clean, very well organized, neat and in a great location! We walked to many of the places we love for shopping and out to dinner. We loved covered parking so our car was never hot when we did use it, and also didn't get wet the 1 day it rained. This condo had everything we needed, and a large bathroom. The kitchen was very organized and had everything you could need. The short walk across the street to the beach fit in with our walking plan and easy beach access. Free wifi, 2 TVs, comfortable furniture and did I mention GREAT location & affordable?!

Great Stay!

My three friends and I stayed in this condo for our spring break in March. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it was for such a great price! We originally wanted to stay on the beach but that was too expensive, but after arriving at the condo, we didn't care because it was literally right across the street from the beach! The condo is in a great location too, right by popular restaurants (like Sea n Suds and the Hangout) and shopping. We walked to many places throughout the week and rarely needed to use a car which was extremely convenient. This place would be great for a family vacation, or even a girls weekend getaway like we did! All in all this condo was fabulous!

What a wonderful week! The condo is so lovely and just right across the street from the beach. I walked on the beach nearly every morning and every night. Went to Pensacola to see the the Blue Angels. I also went to the zoo in Gulf Shores, antique stores in Fairhope and Daphne and one morning at Fort Morgan. Loved eating a breakfast omelette at Sea-n-Suds across the street. It was the best I have ever eaten along with the blueberry pancakes. Thank you Randy and Lisa for sharing your home.
