Great Place on a Budget

We spent a week at the property. Its very well taken care of, and newly remodled in most rooms,would be great for a couple or small family thats on a budget. Not the newest or most luxurious place to stay but a great find for the price. Great location and was worth an almost $300 savings to walk across the street to the beach. Close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Owners take care of property and condo was very clean. The old addage of dont judge a book by its cover definetly applies here, the building is an older building among all new sky rise condos but is a diamond in the rough. We really wanted to take a vacation this year but like most families thought that on our budget it wouldnt be possible I searched and searched and found this property. With out the great price a vacation at the beach wouldnt have been possible. Would def stay again. The only possible negatives that i would see is the tile in the bathroom, it was clean but just outdated and needed to be replaced and there was only coin laundry and no pool, but if you can live with out those amenities for a week or so and for the savings its worth it..

Owner's Response: We appreciate that not only they chose our condo but how thorough they were with their comments. We have met a need in providing an affordable, clean, up-to-date condo that allows folks to make a beach vacation possible. New split brick flooring was put in the bathroom in 2005 replacing tile. At a rental rate that is 1/3 to 1/2 the price of most condos we are thrilled with the responses we have had from so many that have stayed.
