Our monthly price in December & January includes the rent, tax & cleaning into the price. Only a refundable security deposit will be in addition. Only $50 a night in December or January. Pay for 6 get 7th night free. Are you looking for the Gulf Shores beach experience without the sky high rents? We offer a cheerful, comfortable and immaculate condo that offers the perfect balance between view, convenience, up-to-date accommodations and great price. We think you will love this combination and will want to come back often. We are located directly across the street from the beach. We have a 30' deeded access to the beach right in front of our condo. 3 minutes out the front door and you're standing at the water's edge. We have worked hard to provide the kind of place you will enjoy coming to and coming again on future visits.

Please Read: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo. Our condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed per our homeowners association rules.

So Much To Do: You will struggle to do all the things you would like to do while on vacation. I hate to leave the beach. I love the early mornings, late afternoons, and walks after dark. And if you want that suntan you have to be out during the day. So? How are you going to get to the water park, outlet shopping, specialty stores, restaurants, golf, swimming? We'll let you figure that out.

Great Place for a Great Price

The condo was found in very good clean condition upon arrival and the stay was great!

Bed was comfortable and everything is there as stated in the description. We didn't have to take anything with us except of course the normal items (beach chairs and such).

Was also nice to be able to literally step next door to have breakfast or a quick lunch without even having to get in the car.

Beach area was only a few minutes walk across the street and down to the beach.

Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is a favorite of mine to visit and the condo was located close to everything.

We didn't have any issues while staying at the condo at all. was very adequate for two people with room to spare.
Overall was quite and peaceful.

Super clean condo, within walking distance to a few resteraunts and shops. Convenient location to the main drag for driving to various activities. Directly across the street from a nice clean beach. Great Value, you will not find a nicer, cleaner condo for less money. Would definitely stay there again. Randy was great to work with and made our trip a great one. Thanks Again

Great Place on a Budget

We spent a week at the property. Its very well taken care of, and newly remodled in most rooms,would be great for a couple or small family thats on a budget. Not the newest or most luxurious place to stay but a great find for the price. Great location and was worth an almost $300 savings to walk across the street to the beach. Close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Owners take care of property and condo was very clean. The old addage of dont judge a book by its cover definetly applies here, the building is an older building among all new sky rise condos but is a diamond in the rough. We really wanted to take a vacation this year but like most families thought that on our budget it wouldnt be possible I searched and searched and found this property. With out the great price a vacation at the beach wouldnt have been possible. Would def stay again. The only possible negatives that i would see is the tile in the bathroom, it was clean but just outdated and needed to be replaced and there was only coin laundry and no pool, but if you can live with out those amenities for a week or so and for the savings its worth it..
Owner's Response: We appreciate that not only they chose our condo but how thorough they were with their comments. We have met a need in providing an affordable, clean, up-to-date condo that allows folks to make a beach vacation possible. New split brick flooring was put in the bathroom in 2005 replacing tile. At a rental rate that is 1/3 to 1/2 the price of most condos we are thrilled with the responses we have had from so many that have stayed.

AN AWESOME BARGAIN

My family just completed our third trip to this unit. We have come to feel like it is our second home. It is cozy, clean, and just the right size for us. This condo is meticulously maintained and after 3 years, it looks new every time we arrive. The owners are very proud of their unit and spend much time making sure they give you the most for your money. I have searched countless hours for a better deal compatible with the classiness of this unit. I gave up. There isn't one.
Owner's Response: We appreciate Jayson and the others who have become repeat visitors. What people think when they leave is very important to us and we don't take anyone for granted.
