You can literally walk next door to the Orlando convention center and the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Course.

Vista Cay features an exquisitely decorated 10,000 square foot clubhouse; including a theater, game/billiard room, state of the art fitness center, Internet library, over-sized meeting rooms, resort style pool with children’s play area, hot tub and basketball court.

Our top floor (corner unit) offers a spectacular view of Lake Cay and the Sea World fireworks. Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a game room. Our gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and maple cabinets. Washer/dryer.

(10 miles) to Disney World, 5 min. (2.5 miles) to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, 5 min. (1 mile) to Sea World, 15 min. (10 miles) to the Orlando Airport (MCO) 15 min.     $200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation.
    The one-time $80 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

    $100 cash referral fee for renters who refer future renters staying at least 7 nights!!

  • This new condo features 2 bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom with twin beds. We also have a sofa in the family room that converts to a full-size sleeper. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. Enjoys its beautiful granite counter tops, top of the line stainless steel appliances and maple cabinets. For entertainment, the condo includes a plasma TVs the family room and master bedroom along with TVs/DVDs in other bedrooms and a PlayStation 2. For your convenience, we have a brand new pack and play (crib) with crib sheets and waterproof pad as well as a new high chair.

Our family has been to Orlando many times and this is by far the best accomodations we have ever stayed in. It was absolutely delightful. The condo was spotless and had everything you could imagine. Kitchen was great and flatscreens an added bonus. Great views of the lake and fireworks form Sea World. The check-in and check out procedure was effortless. The property is very nice and the pool area was relaxing. You definitely need a car if staying here. The location was perfect. Only minutes to shopping, theme parks and great restaurants. Jami was very professional and helpful at all times, and we will only rent from her in our future stays in Orlando. Thank you.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was comfortable and clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the convention I was attending and also great shopping and restaurants. We would defiinately highly recommend Vista Cay Penthouse to anyone wanting a great stay in Orlando....From start to finish it was a pleasant experience!

The condominium was beautiful, clean, and elegant. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The view was over the lagoon and we enjoyed the sunrises on the porch. We enjoyed the kitchen which was easy to use especially with the bar and bar stools for the kids. The bathrooms were very large and very clean.

The complex has a nice swimming pool and spa which we used almost daily. We were able to quickly speed to the many places we visited in and around Orlando.

We would definitely rent the penthouse again.
