Three bedrooms and loft area offer plenty of sleeping for the family or friends, off street parking, grill, nice yard, washer & dryer and all the amenities of Old Orchard Beach and Southern Maine. One block to grocery store, post office, restaurant,gym, etc.. Half mile to downtown. and amusements...great for children or teens!!! Renters are asked to bring their own linens and towels.

We are 1 hour to the mountains, 30 minutes to fresh water and all that the seacoast has to offer. There is live theater available in many towns, museums of all nature, water parks, amusement park, drive-in theaters & many movie complexes. You can always find something to do or just sit and enjoy 7 miles of some of the best beach you will ever see. We're close enough to walk to everything but in a most quiet neighborhood.
