Experience the joy of the sea in this lovely home 'Joy-Sea.' This home is beautiful, comfortable and so new that you will feel like it was built just for you. On the second floor you will find a large, bright kitchen with all the comforts of home. Off the kitchen is a deck with a small snack table so you can enjoy light meals outdoors. You'll actually find it a pleasure to prepare meals in this beautiful room. Also on the second floor are the living room, a dining room, and a half bath. The living room has two large patio doors looking out on the marsh and waterway. Later, when the sun goes down, watch a movie or play a game of 'Surfing Monopoly.' The views of the ocean and the marsh are spectacular! The first floor contains a master bedroom with its own bath, a twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. On the top floor is another queen bedroom and bath with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean! Beach access across the street and soundside dock nearby.

I had probably one of the best vacations here at Topsail. The rental property was just perfect. The beach was a hop skip and a jump away. So close that you can hear the waves and the wildlife, but yet far enough that other tourists are not walking onto your deck to get to the beach.

The Joy-Sea is well kept, very clean and had all the ammenities one would need. I would definately recommend the Joy-sea to anyone who is visiting TopSail.

One minor inconvienence to the experience... there is no elevator and a whole lotta stairs... But, this in a way is good for those planning on eating alot during vacation. Not good for those who can not go up flights of stairs.

I can really recommend this house for a NC beach family vacation. Nicely sized for 8, great kitchen and the dinner table with the high chairs was very popular.

A Guest at Joy Sea Vacation Home

I had the great pleasure to vacation at "Joy Sea"a summer ago. This wonderful home accomodated more than i expected and our guest that came over to visit enjoyed the space and amenities immensely. I would recommend this paradise to anyone who is looking for a very well provided place to relax. It is perfect for children to play on the sandy beach and the stores for food and shops are right down the road. What could be any better than that?

Awesome pick for your escape away from it all...

First of all, let me say, this place is as remote from it as you want, yet close enough to get where it's happening in just a few min.

The place is clean and spacious. Very well kept with vista views. Me and my better half loved sitting on one of the many balcony's watching the sun go down and come up. It was just what the Dr. ordered. Cannot wait to get there again. Already planning my time around the schedule for the summer coming up. Might even book it for the following year in advance to make sure I get the week I want.

Relaxing on the water

Friends and I have stayed here a couple of times and always enjoy ourselves, Waking up to the view of the water and seeing the Shrimp boats trauling you might even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or 2 swimming around.
I love the little shops on the island and have tried a few of the restraunts and enjoyed them all. The house is very clean and well maintained. I look forward to going back next year
