Peaceful cabin with minor issues

Excellent location and price. Five min. from Bretton Woods. The cabin was neat and tidy. Owners were VERY responsive: I notified them of a minor shower leak, and they were there in 5 minutes to repair it. When it snowed overnight, we were plowed/shoveled out by 7am.Easy walk to the Trading Post. The Quiznos has been replaced by a deli/pizza restaurant, which makes great pizza. The only thing that keeps me from leaving a 5-star rating was the seating capacity. The "comfy seating for 4 people" in the living room is just the couch you see in the "Living Area" photo. "seating for 6 people" at the kitchen table is just not possible, as there is just an L-shaped corner bench which goes around 2 sides of 48 x 30 table. There was a picnic table outside, but since we were there in Feb., this was not an option. I mentioned the seating issues to the owners, and they immediately brought us a folding chair to use. The listing mentions wireless internet access, but it is only accessible at the deli (although I could occasionally get a faint signal in the cabin). One final note: the spiral staircase has small and somewhat slippery treads.
