Built in 2006, it is furnished to the highest standard, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has it's own en-suite and patio doors out onto the pool area.

The private pool, which is heated on request, is enclosed with the lanai in an extended cage, to take full advantage of the late afternoon sun. The cage area is well furnished for your outdoor relaxation. There are four televisions in the property, each receiving cable TV. and a set of clubs for those golfers.

Now with upgraded TV package including Broadband Internet , Free long distance phone calls to all of USA and Canada, New HD television with upgraded channels

Spring Hill is situated on the beautiful Gulf Coast in Hernando County. Local attractions include Wicki Wachee Springs Theme Park 5 minutes away, and Pine Island Beach 10 minutes away, is our local beach with children's play area, volley ball area, café and facilities. This is a beautiful place to spend the day and watch the sun set. Also Tarpon Springs, famous for sponges and Greek Food, Crystal River and Homasassa Springs, are all within easy reach. For golfers, this is a paradise, with top quality golf courses such as World Woods, The Dunes, Sherman Hills and many more, right on your doorstep.

We stayed in this beautiful home Spring of 2007. It was so comfortable and close to everything. We visited several beaches including Tarpon Springs. Shopping and dining out was easy, everything you need close to "home". We enjoyed our vacation so much we didn't want to leave. We would love to have the oppourtunity to visit again.

Perfectly relaxing

What a lovely home. I had mentioned to the owners that we were coming to Florida to get married & was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted with a bottle of champagne. It was such a relaxing atmosphere & the pool was perfect. Not too far from beaches & we found the perfect spot for our wedding. Thanks for helping to make our wedding a relaxing, stress free time. We will definitely stay with you again next time we are in Florida.

Perfect Home away from Home

This was our second trip to John and Lynn's home - and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Unfortunately - we got caught in Tropical Storm Debby - but thankfully there was no damage or injuries.

The house is in a perfect location for us in Spring Hill - and we look forward to visiting again next year!

This house provided the ideal base for my family's holiday. It is in a great location, not too far from Orlando for Disney and Universal Studios or from Tampa for Busch Gardens or Tampa Lowry Park Zoo. The pool and patio area are fantastic, our son loved playing in the pool every day and we loved eating outside too. Inside the house is spacious and spotless with 3 large bedrooms and 2 lovely bathrooms. There is a gorgeous beach only 10 minutes drive away with a cafe, picnic areas, BBQs and toilets. Also there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved our holiday and will definitely be booking this house again.
