Beautiful Ten Bay:
Bahama Blue has the great advantage to have an easy access to the sea. Right in front of the house there is a kind of natural swimming pool. It's a small paradise.
Only a few houses are built in Ten Bay and we are far from overcrowded developments. The nearest stores are at a Ten minutes drive from the house in Palmetto Point. The island farm a few minutes from the house sells fresh vegetables and salad. Governor's Harbour offers everything one might need: banks, groceries stores, liquor stores, a doctor, churches a fine library with internet access.
Fishermen sell their catch of the day early in the afternoon by the harbour.
Rock sound down south is at a 30 minutes drive from the house and offers a market place with a good supermarket and hardware store.
Fish can be bought from Tarpum Bay every afternoon.
Access:
There are flights from Nassau and Fort Lauderdale to Governor's airport which is at a 25 min. drive from the house.
A fast ferry (2 hours) leaves Nassau every Friday at 7 pm and arrives at Governor's Harbour at 9pm.

Tippy's has a french cook and is located on the ocean side. (15 min drive)
Mate & Jenny in Palmetto: nice place surprising and very good pizzas. (7 min drive)
Cigatoo Inn in Governor's Harbour: good management beautiful garden Asian type cooking.
Sunset Inn: Bahamian cooking.
Rose in North side in Rock Sound: meals have to be ordered by phone. Beautiful place.
