This rental is part of a beautiful single family beachfront home and is one of two units. We're located on Fort Myers Beach, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and the warm waters from this spacious, remodeled single family home. The downstairs unit (Low Tide) includes a living room, dining room, and studio type bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with electric range, microwave and refrigerator. Washer & Dryer are shared by both units. Our home features wireless broadband Internet access, Satellite TV, DVD player, telephones, alarm clocks in the bedrooms. The living room features a sofa with a pull out bed. The dining room seats 4. Also provided are beach chairs, linens, beach towels, soaps, toilet & towel paper, and many other extras to help make this a relaxing and memorable vacation for you and your family. A Good Property

The property was well portrayed. The only downer was that the main entrance was through the garage and although it is listed as a one bedroom it is a studio with no option for closing off the bedroom part of the room. Also the apartment upstairs when rented became noisy when kids kept running in the apartment.

The property was well maintained and when I ran into a problem the owner's agent provided me with all the help I needed.

I would definetely recommened this property to a friend. I will even consider renting it again if I plan to visit Florida.
The attractions for us were the proximity of the beach and, being Roman Catholics, the church which was directly across the main road.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
