This newly available unique 1 bedroom cottage located in trendy West End of Long Beach. It has been newly painted and furnished, redecorated and updated (sleeps four). . Cottage has Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bath and 1 Bedrooms and lots of closets. Steps from the beach and boardwalk in one direction and steps to multi-ethnic and seafood restaurants (casual dining), pubs, and shops in the other direction. There are ceiling fans. Heat is included. Shared Parking for 1 compact car. Easy access to NYC via the Long Island Rail Road (45 minutes) or via car.

Beautiful clean beach steps away with lifeguards. Family friendly. Surfer's paradise. Wonderful boardwalk to bicycle, walk, or view beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Concerts all summer on the boardwalk as well as athletic activities including beach volleyball. Bike rental nearby, play ground, fishing piers, movie theatre, and range of ethnic restaurants at all price ranges. Further out on the island are wine tours, outlet shopping, and historical sites.

This place is perfectly situated in Long Beach. I was visiting my family who live all around Nassau County and this place was great because we didn't even need to rent a car. Everyone came to visit us! It worked out great. We walked to the beach, restaruants, bars....etc... We would definitely stay there again.
