I grew up on the west coast of Southern and Northern California, I LOVE the ocean. Ever since I visited Maui I have been going back to vacation as often as I can. As our family travled, I found Hawaii to be the perfect place. I couldn't get enough of the ocean. I was just amazed as a kid the first time I went snorkeling - I thought, 'Cool, it's like swimming in giant fish tank!' Ski: We just returned home from Maui and had an amazing vacation. 'Village by he Sea' was a great place to stay. We have rented condos in many places and this one was by far the nicest. The location was great, incredible sunsets from your balcony. The gourmet kitchen will satisfy every need. The bath, ceramic tile and decorating have all been upgraded, with lots of attention to detail. The owner also gave us great insight into different restaurants and activities. We definitely intend to return, hopefully in the near future. Thanks Courtney!!

Official Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week on our official honeymoon. It was just as described, complete with many extras such as beach items, a cooler, fully stocked kitchen. Good location- convenient to many awesome beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. The condo grounds/pool area are very well maintained. The only thing I can recommend for Court to add is some info for renters upon arrival (maybe a sheet of paper stuck to the fridge?) detailing which parking space you are to use, that you need to register at the condo office in order to get the pool/laundry key, etc. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!
Owner's Response: Great point !!! Thanks for the idea of putting it somewhere in the condo for the guests to see. I have added it to the updated rental agreements and given some instructions upon arrival. I am happy to hear you had a great trip for your Official Honeymoon and greatly appreciate your input. Our stay in Kihei was excellent. The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. The unit had all the amenities as described and the common areas/front desk gives you some of the conveniences of staying at a resort with much more value. The grill and pool areas are well kept and clean. The beach is fun for a walk but we chose to drive into Wailea for longer days hanging out at the beach. The owner Court was quite the host providing great recommendations and a very high level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vacation Spot

We had the pleasure to stay in Court's condo this year for two weeks. I am not a cook but the appliances and cooking utensils were super.
The bed was great, the two sliding doors opens up the whole condo and it is laid out just like the pictures you see on the website.
The extras that was in the condo was just like you were at home. Cooler, beach chairs, beach towels etc.. Someone had left a couple of bottles of water in the frig and that was so nice, we did the same for the next guests.
The only concern we had was we came in very late at night, the office was closed and we didn't know where to park and by morning we had a parking notice on our car. Just park in the guests parking and you will be better off.

Five Stars! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo! The pictures and descriptions were spot on! It was very nice to have everything we would need for our stay including suntan lotion and books to read! Must dos - Fish tacos at Freds in Kihei, dinner at Aloha Mixed Grill in Lahaina, whale watching boat trip, drive to Hana (CD provided) and relax!

Awesome trip, condo was even better than I hoped! Really beautiful, ocean view, nice pool, large grill area for BBQ's. Condo was stocked with everything you could ever need. I also recommend googling Maui Jon. His web site recommendations are EXCELLENT, especially the local eateries. We miss Maui already and will definitely book this condo again when we come back!
