Beyond expectations, absolutely SUPERB

I expected it to be excellent. it looked promising looking at the pics.
very seldom you come with lots of expectations and wind up returning with those expectations EXCEEDED.
The owner, Court, was super gracious and patient. he answered every question I had and was always available, plus he was always super nice.
The condo has everything you want: ocean view, well facilitated kitchen, comfy bed, lots of room, and everything very well maintained (even has 2 boogie surfboards!). the premises has couple of BBQ stations, 2 pools (one for kids) and a nice jacuzzi. My advice is, go shop at Safeway (Kahului) for groceries for the entire time you're there, and do breakfast + dinner at the condo using all the pans, pots, grills and other great stuff (plus it's cheaper and probably healthier).
The location is the best there is: right in the center, minutes away from Kahului (airport) and the mid-western coastline - 1 hour from the north western part (Kanapali, etc...) and 2.5 hours from Red Sand @Hana.
Also, from what I understand, the little nightlife there is in Maui in general, is concentrated mostly in Kihei, where the condo is.
In conclusion: superb, recommended, LOVED It.
