Beach - The beach is a 10 minute drive away with the popular mistral beach a favourite spot. Restaurants - There are many restaurants to visit with in a short drive, .Los Almendras is the Spanish Venta located on the Ronda road just a few minutes from the apartment and Charlies is a fantastic Spanish Tapas Bar in the heart of San Pedro. Due to its spectacular hilltop locatiop, to fully appreciate the area we would reccommend car hire.

    · Host available throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly
    · Fresh linen and towels on arrival
    · Welcome pack on arrival at your apartment with full details of local amenities
    · Basic hamper included as standard – tea, coffee, fresh milk, water, eggs, bread, butter and fresh oranges
    · Cot, highchair. (by request).
  • Suitability -
    Monte Halcones is suitable for families, couples and golfers but is not suitable for parties of under 23's.
    Prices -
    prices include welcome pack, fresh clean bedlinen, bath towels and pool towels upon arrival. until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
    Deposit -
    booking deposit is taken of 25% with a copy of your passports. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of travel.
    Departure -
    Apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned to our high standards.
    Damages -
    on arrival a £400 holding deposit is required for any breakages and is fully refundable upon departure.
    Smoking -
    for the benefit of all guests this is a no smoking apartment. if you wish to smoke, please smoke outside, on the terraces.
    Pets -
    for the benefit of all guests no pets are allowed.

Travel: Air Travel - You can fly to Malaga airport from as little as £40. None of our properties are more than 40 minutes from the airport. Alternatively Gibraltar is approximately 50 minutes drive (allowances should be made for crossing the border). Car Hire - If you wish to arrange car hire, you can either collect your car at the airport or arrange to have your car delivered to the apartment. You will need 8 euros (max. in august) to pay for the tolls. Transfers - We can arrange for our experienced resort host to meet you at the airport and transfer you to and from your apartment. (see additional extras). Taxis - Taxis from Malaga airport to any of our apartments currently cost approx 55 euros each way, plus tolls. There is a plentiful supply at the taxi rank directly outside the airport.

An ideal setting for us.
10 mins to the Port, 10 mins to Mistral Beach San Pedro (Best Beach), 5 mins to the motorway to go where you want.
Great views, pool, well kept gardens by a man who never stops! Quiet, we have a 2 year old, a pool 20 yds away, wifi, a nice balcony, supermarket 2 mins, bar 2 mins, all sorts of take aways 5 mins we left a lot of the menus in the flat, Selwo 20 mins and as much golf on the doorstep as you could possibly dream of. The property was clean, with plenty of equipment including a good highchair, 2 bathrooms is a bonus.
Enjoyed it so much we rented it for 6 months and will be going back.

Nice apartment complex, pool just a few steps from the apartment and mostly very quiet. Well equipped apartment and good service by Bernard.

Only 15 minutes away from Marbella and Puerto Banus and the beach. Recommendable Mistral Beach Club next to the Gualdapin Hotel in Puerto Banus.

Supermarket on the property in case you need something badly. Large supermarkets in San Pedro, a few minutes away for your big shop. easy to find and only 45 minutes from Malaga airport. You need a car. We would consider to come back if returning to the area.
