Great location in this secure gated community, this serene, well looked after sunny Condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The master has King bed with en suite, the second bedroom has a Queen bed with en suite, the sunny private patio has 4 chairs, table and BBQ with a view onto green space The manicured grounds surround both pools & spas, the attached garage has direct entry to the unit, the condo is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, microwave, 3 TVs (cable), DVD, stereo and high speed Internet. We are walking distance to grocery and video stores as well as close to restaurants and close to golf courses, tennis, major league spring training baseball, and all the attractions of the Phoenix area. (7 min to Mesa Golf Centre), 20 minutes to Sky Harbour Airport. If you wish a quite serene complex with all conveniences you will not be disappointed. (Sorry-No Smoking, No Pets).

It is only a short drive into the Apache Trail, the Superstition Mountains and the Canyon Lake where speedboat, kayak, pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available. Wonderful, quiet facility within a very secure and well maintiained complex. All the amenities were exactly as described and the condo was freshly cleaned with the owners even following up by long distnce to ensure all was satisfactory. While we did not have a chance to utilize the pool facilites they certainly also appeared well kept and inviting. Easy access and driveability to everything we required.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this condo, everything is just as the pictures show, but looks even nicer in person. The floor plan is perfect for (2) couples, with plenty of privacy for both and very spacious. The condo is located in a great area, quiet, well maintained, with nice restaurants or grocery stores nearby.
Lots of extras not usually found with a rental, and owners were very professional to deal with. Definitely would stay here again.

I spent a week in late March 08. The weather was perfect and the condo as perfect. Very roomy, designer decorated, and conveniently located to many retailers, restaurants, driving range and golf courses. Loved the pool. Also found the complex to be quiet.

A Really Nice Place to Stay

If you're looking for a nice clean and place to vacation then this is the condo that you want to stay in, Light and roomy with all the conforts of home. Very nicely decorated. Much nicer that staying at a hotel.

Close to major highways and convenient to stores and restaurants.
