This adorable Ogunquit Village Cape is centrally situated and an easy 5-10 minute walk to beach, town and Perkins Cove. The home is located just off Shore Rd and is 100 steps to the entrance to the Marginal Way between Anchorage and Seacastle Resorts on Obeds Lane. The home has approximately 1800 square feet, there are 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. On the first floor there is a fully renovated kitchen with new cabinets and stainless appliances, large dining area, spacious living room, den, washer/dryer, 1 Queen bedroom and bath. The upper level has 2 bedrooms with queens, a bedroom with 2 twins and a bath. All mattresses and bedding are brand new. Large Deck with furniture, umbrella and gas grill. Off street parking for 4+ cars.
