Enjoy the most peaceful complex on the beautiful Gulf Coast! Although this particular unit is across the street from the water, our complex shares water on two sides with the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the calm fishing of Little Lagoon. Enjoy two outdoor pools, the boardwalk to the beach, the fishing pier on the lagoon, or just relaxing on the large balcony. With the low density of the complex, you will not be overwhelmed by crowded pools. You will enjoy your stay without a worry in the world. This newly remodeled unit features ceramic tile floors, two full size beds, DVD player, and large balcony with swing overlooking the pool. The 'Cottages' are a very unique condominium layout with several small dwellings surrounding the swimming pool. With this layout, you don't have to worry about the neighbors next door being too loud as you don't share any walls. This condominium is a free standing structure like you own a private beach house. Enjoy your stay!

The Gulf Shores area is known for its deep sea fishing, championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, etc. You will enjoy lots of fun in the sun whether it be on the boat, the golf course, 'Waterville USA' (a nice water park), shopping at the outdoor 'Tanger Outlets', or dining on an open deck overlooking the water. Gulf Shores is one of the most peaceful resort towns with plenty of entertainment along the entire Gulf Coast. It is also only about 2 hours away from the Casinos of Biloxi, MS where you can enjoy fabulous buffets and enjoyable gaming.

great small place

This was a great place for the price. It was very small. Not much room in the bedrooms but I would definatley stay there again. It was very clean and great acces to the beach. We had a 1, 2 and 3 year old with us and it was easy to get to the beach with them.

This is a great place for a beach trip! It is a perfect location for families, yet not too far away from the "Hangout" for the teens. We absolutely love this place! It is always very clean, and we have never encountered any issues. We go at least once a year and will continue!

We stayed for a week at the end of July, 09, and it was completely perfect! It was in the best location, not too close to the noise but close enough! The beach is right across the street and for a family of 4, it was completely comfortable! We had one of the best vacations here, and it was stocked, clean, and i recommend it highly!! Marisa, TN

Great Family Place to Stay

This is a wonderful cottage (condo) for a small family. It is very kid friendly. We have rented here many times and it has always been very clean. You can see the Gulf from the porch. The grounds and pool is very well kept. I have recommended to friends and they have gone and really enjoyed it. The owners give great customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at the cozy cottage.I have a 9yr old,a4yr old and a 2 year old and it was very easy to go to the beach and also enjoy the pool i felt very safe not being right on the beach with my children. Everything was very quiet and no one bothered us at all. I will be going back. Me & my husband and kids enjoyed it. We will be returning .
