This apartment in the exclusive Condado Area is located in the Ashford Avenue next to Gucci, Cartier, Louis Vutton, Antonio Dominguez and other exclusive boutiques. Next to hotels and casinos. Beach is 3 minutes walking distance. The living room has a large sliding door that open onto the balcony, which overlooks the lagoon and the pool. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has two futon sofa which can be open into a double-sized bed. There is also a a 4-person dining set in the living room The apartment comes furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen equipment, Cable TV, DVD, air conditioner and free local phone calls. The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and gated.

A Place to return to.

Spent two weeks here in February and will definitely return. The apartment is everything listed and more. The pool was cleaned very regularly and was cleaner than most resort pools. Nice area to relax and watch sunsets. Location is great. It is a gated building and we felt very safe. Lily was most helpful and made sure we had everything we needed as well as very informative in regards to the country, tours, shopping, groceries, etc.
Very comfortable bed and awesome view The balcony opens up into your living space if you wish. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Condado Lagoon Apartment

Great location, only steps from restaurants, hotels, casinos and shopping. The parking space was always available. The building exterior is old but well maintained. The apartment is nicely furnished and the equipment is in excellent condition. The owner provided excellent costumer service and was readily available. The lagoon view is great. Best deal for the money.

Beautiful view, great location, will be back!!!

This apartment is beautiful! Very comfy and relaxing. Very accurate description. The place was neat, very clean and spacious. The bed was like falling into a huge, soft pillow... The view from the balcony was amazing and the nice carribean breeze that came in was to die for! There are many great places to eat - from authentic native cuisine to pizza or chinese food. Several bars as well as a casino are within walking distance from the apartment. There's also a very nice place to eat breakfast with a spectacular Ocean View right by the Subway (eatery). The owner is extremely nice and very accomodating. She went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and was easy to get in contact with. I would recommend this place to a friend and will most certainly return to this apartment when I come back to visit the Island.

clean and modern on condado strip

we had a lovely time in this apartment. the owners were very helpful and accommodating and the location was great. very short walk to a really nice beach in front of la concha hotel. the property was very clean and modern, though the building wasnt as luxurious as the actual apartment. 15$ cab ride to old san juan made the city very accessible, so we had the best of both worlds with beach and city nearby.

i would recommend this property to people who want to be right in the action of a big hotel strip, with lots of (chain) restaurants and a few bars.

also, it's located right next to ajili-mojili, a well-known puerto rican restaurant recommended in every guide book. it was good, but not the most incredible meal ever. we had more authentic food at mirabueno in old san juan, which i highly recommend.

the apartment was very nice, it is exactly as the description on teh web page. Everything very clean, a great pool with view to the lagoon. the owner was very nice...i would recommend it to a friend, and i is very close to a nice cuban-puerto rico restaurant...
