Great family vacation home 1 block to beach. 4,000 sqft luxury home 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, formal dining, breakfast area, living room and 3rd floor family room w/wet bar and large gulf view patio. Fully equipped kitchen w/dbl oven, microwave, stove, dbl door refrig & DW - all the conveniences of home. Dining room has seating for 10 plus 8 in breakfast area. 1st floor has kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, living room, laundry & guest bedroom (queen bed, full bath). Living room has 2 sleeper sofas & seating for 14. 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms & baths. Master BR has balcony, king bed & master bath suite. 2nd guest BR has bath, queen bed & one twin bed. 3rd guest BR has 2 bunk beds & full bath. 4th & 5th guest BR have queen beds & full baths. 3rd floor has large screen TV, DVD, stereo, wet bar, 1/2 bath & large deck with plenty of seating for guests and great view of sunrises, sunsets and the entire Crystal Beach area of Destin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa de Vino the week of Sept. 15. The Scali's were wonderful to work with and very helpful with any questions. The house was the setting for our father's 70th birthday party and the layout of the house was perfect for a large crowd. The upstairs deck is awesome! The Bunk Room is best suited for kids since 2 other bedrooms can be accessed by cutting through it. The beach was truly a short and easy walk up the street. (and with thunderstorms coming ashore 3 times in one day - we really appreciated the short walk!) We can't wait to head back down!

We have been coming to Destin as a family for five years. This was the best place we have stayed in. The home is beautiful and each room provides privacy and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi was a huge hit! There was plenty of room for people to enjoy what they wanted to, whether it be TV or board games. The rooftop deck offers water view and sunset view. This house is really close to the beach, w/ private access, very convenient. As my sister said as we were leaving, "Well, I think this is the one".
