Great family vacation home 1 block to beach. 4,000 sqft luxury home 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, formal dining, breakfast area, living room and 3rd floor family room w/wet bar and large gulf view patio. Fully equipped kitchen w/dbl oven, microwave, stove, dbl door refrig & DW - all the conveniences of home. Dining room has seating for 10 plus 8 in breakfast area. 1st floor has kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, living room, laundry & guest bedroom (queen bed, full bath). Living room has 2 sleeper sofas & seating for 14. 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms & baths. Master BR has balcony, king bed & master bath suite. 2nd guest BR has bath, queen bed & one twin bed. 3rd guest BR has 2 bunk beds & full bath. 4th & 5th guest BR have queen beds & full baths. 3rd floor has large screen TV, DVD, stereo, wet bar, 1/2 bath & large deck with plenty of seating for guests and great view of sunrises, sunsets and the entire Crystal Beach area of Destin. Private pool, w/hot tub, gas BBQ, 1/2 bath and patio seating.
