This newly furnished and remodeled downstairs unit offers nearly 1400 square feet of luxury living space. A very private backyard with an in ground pool and spa is perfect for entertaining. The pool is not shared with the upstairs unit. Ceiling fans throughout keeps the house cool on hot summer days.

The upstairs unit is also available for renting with the title of 'Capo Paradise with Private Balcony.'

A 10 minute stroll takes you to Capistrano Beach and Doheny State Beach for fun in the sand and water. If sand isn't your thing, stay on top of the bluffs at nearby Pines Park and Palisades Gazebo Park for a 180 degree view of Southern California's magnificent coastline.

Rental Policies: Damages: I, Renter, understand my responsibility as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to this duplex caused by me or any member of my party. By completing this reservation, I agree to pay the owners for repairs in the event damages are caused by us during our stay, and I agree to pay replacement value for any items which are broken or lost to theft during my stay. Such damages will be reported to the owners as soon as is practical.

Liability: I, Renter, agree that the owner is not responsible for any property loss, property damage, or personal injury that occurs to myself or to any member of my party at anytime during our visit.

Smoking and Pets: I, Renter, agree not to smoke and not to bring any pets into this duplex.

Noise: I, Renter, agree to keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation: I, Renter, have read and agree to the cancellation policy for this duplex.

Refunds: Cancellations made inside of 30 days will result in the forfeiture of all funds unless a replacement booking (another renter books the entire period that is to be canceled) can be made.

Deposits: 50% of total (including tax, cleaning, and security deposit) due at time of reservation with the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure.

Great Family Time

We rented the entire house out and it was perfect from LARGE family especially as some arrived later. With age ranges from toddlers through we all enjoyed the pool and tub , very convenient to beach, freeway and food.

Allowed us to enjoy Disneyland and Marine Boot camp graduation with out having to move .

Linda was very helpful and the house was very clean and well maintained

Had a great stay. A few of my buddies and I were in CA for a few days of golf and have rented before on other trips. The unit is just as described and Linda couldn't have made the entire experience any easier. I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for someplace quiet and just off the PCH and close to the 5. If you're a fan of Mexican food, be sure to check out Olemandi's on Rte 1 just around the corner. Some of the best Mexican I've ever had.

My husband and our 4 children stayed at this rental home from end July - begin August and we all loved it... the house is spacious and you find everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the rental. The swimming pool and hot tub is incredible... We had the vacation of a lifetime...

We loved our stay at Capistrano beach!! Very clean and well stocked with the things you use at home. Temperatures weren't the best to use the pool but did enjoy the hottub,very clean well maintained. In a nice quiet neighborhood. The location was great, you are about a little over an hour from Hollywood, 40 minutes from Anaheim (Disneyland) and an hour from the San Diego Zoo. Each location is just off the express way and easy to get to. Thank you again for opening your home to us!!

We loved our stay in this Capistrano beach property.
The house is close to LA as well as San Diego
The heated swimming-pool was great even thought the weather could have been better. There where lots of fun games available and also toys for on the beach and in the pool.

The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed and more.

We'd surely recommend staying in this wonderful property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
