  • Monthly and multi-month rates are available from Nov. 1, 2008 through March 28, 2008.

    Weekly rentals from May 31, 2008 through August 8, 2008 are Saturday to Saturday.

    Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is an 11% South Carolina tax on rental fees. A $500 deposit is required at booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $150 damage/key return deposit is required when the balance is paid. This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank, postal money order, or by Visa or Mastercard credit card (2.5% fee using a credit card).

    Check-in is 3:00 P.M.
    Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

    Rates for unbooked periods are subject to change without notice.

The second bedroom has two double beds, a walk-in closet, is located across the hall from the second full bathroom, and has a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Each bedroom is nicely furnished, and equipped with a TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a clock radio. Linens are provided.
