Additional information about rental rates

  • Monthly and multi-month rates are available from Oct. 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.

    Weekly rentals from May 29, 2010 through August 13, 2010 are Saturday to Saturday.

    Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is an 12% South Carolina tax on rental fees. A $500 deposit is required at booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $150 damage/key return deposit is required when the balance is paid. This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank or postal money order. Check-in is 3:00 P.M.
    Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

    Rates for unbooked periods are subject to change without notice.

Wonderful rental choice

We stayed at this unit from July 1 - 10. It is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We have three boys and it had plenty of room for all. The location is great - easy in and out access to the area's attractions. The owners are very friendly and helpful. While renting from a private owner does not allow you access to all of the Hilton Resort amenities, it was a small sacrifice for the price difference in renting directly from the hotel. If our travels take us back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely consider this unit again.

At the risk of writing a wonderful review that will bring crowds of people who will prevent me from renting the unit again … it’s true… the condo is tremendous. Pat was very responsive and easy to deal with…. the rental went without a hitch.

Centrally located and an easy drive to all restaurants/shopping/golf in North/South Myrtle Beach. We stayed end-of-September 2009 and our 4-year-old loved the beach and the multiple pools. And though we didn’t need the 2nd bedroom, both bedroom’s, living room and kitchen are well appointed and the condo, in general, offers plenty of space and is very quiet … a welcome change from prior trip(s) to Myrtle Beach and even the Hilton next door. I would certainly recommend skipping the Hilton and staying here. thanks again Pat!

A great vacation for all

My husband and I, and our 17 year old daughter and a girlfriend all loved the condo. Everything we needed was there. It is beautiful and spotless. The owners are great to work with. The beach and pools are beautiful. There is a great Boardwalk from the pool all the way to the pier - a perfect place for walks. We visited the outlet mall which is close by, the Bass Pro Shop store, and had fun shopping and eating at Barefoot Landing. The condo is well located. It was a great vacation for all. We would definitely return to this condo again.

Wonderful condo

My 84 year old Mother and I rented the condo for the month of January 2009. The condo is stunning, large, has beautiful views, and is very well maintained. If the condo hadn't been rented by someone else for the month of February, we would have stayed another month. Pat and Gary were very helpful in giving driving instructions directly to the condo and also recommending activities, restaurants, and attractions. I definitely will recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

We've been to Myrtle Beach several times and this is by far the best accomodations we've had. The Condo was stunning and functional. With three teenagers there was plenty of room and privacy. The views from the balconies were beautiful. The grounds, pools/bars are like being at a resort instead of a Condo.The unit was well equipped with all appliances including a small laundry room that my wife made good use of. Staying at this unit felt like being at a stunning huge suite in a five star hotel.
Gary & Pat were wondeful to deal with, and look no further when staying at Myrtle Beach
