Hope you don't mind sleeping on the floor....
When we walked in the unit we checked everything out and found a problem right away. One of the beds in the 2nd bedroom was broken - on the floor BROKE. We immediately called the owner and left a voicemail. Then called Lori (agent). She explained the owner was on a cruise, bed had been reported, nothing done due to owner being away. Lori's husband called us back said someone would be out the next day. In the mean time put the mattress on the floor and sleep there. I wonder if the owner was sleeping on the floor on his cruise? Oh well, not a big dieal for one night....HOWEVER the bed was never fixed during our stay. We never saw anyone, never heard from anyone. Good thing my daughter didn't mind sleeping on the couch. Only other complaint was no wash cloths! NONE! We had plenty of towels. Since the bed was never fixed we figured what are the chances of getting wash cloths, so we went and bought our own.
Otherwisw, the condo was exactly as described. Beach was fantastic. Views were awesome.

Owner's Response: We obviously never intend for there to be problems during the vacations of our renters, but unfortunately a bed frame was broken by a previous guest. We immediately ordered a new frame and it was delivered/installed in 2 days. Our renters received a refund for a portion of their stay to compensate for any trouble that it caused. We will always do our best to make sure every vacation is a great vacation!
