Special features include blue pearl granite kitchen counter tops, expansive desk area and breakfast bar; dining area in sun room; queen size beds in master and second bedroom, queen sofabeds (two) with extra memory foam padding are also present - in the sun room and in private living room;baby bed; plenty of dresser and closet space; new appliances, brand new central air cond. & heating, four upscale ceiling fans; three elegant bathrooms each with tub and or stone tiled showers; jacuzzi tub in master bath; two car garage, and front and backyard driveways. This is a lovely home! My family and I had a wonderful time. The room mate floor plan worked out great for us. Our two daughters want to move to Florida and live in this house. It's decorated beautifully and it's very comfortable. We plan to use it again next year!

The house was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean and a great place to relax. Close enough to beach, restaurants and shopping.
The backyard was again a pleasant place to relax and was safe for children and pets and was surrounded with interesting trees, which along with the fencing gave a pleasant feeling of privacy and security.
Facilities within the house were exceptional with cable tv, DVD, VHS and internet connections all readily available as well as laundry facilities.
I would highly reccommend this property.

Very nice, clean and well-maintained accomodations! Highly recommend for anyone, but was especially helpful for my family's kid and pet friendly needs at a challenging time in my life (Celebration of Life -memorial for my husband, childrens' father,grandbabies' papa, and my best friend for 28 yrs) We placed his ashes in the beautiful clear blue/green Gulf of Mexico off the fishing pier where he used to love to go. The dolphins, rainbow and orange ball sunset were timed just right!
