Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)

Come stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe in our 1500 square foot townhome. It is newly renovated with new carpet, new furniture, new appliances, and new kitchen and bathroom countertops and cabinets. It is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! There are 2 living rooms, 3 Bedrooms- 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, and 2 pull out sofas. 2 full bathrooms. All new bed and bathroom linens, and full size washer and dryer. The downstairs living room has its own built in bar with fridge and sink. Gas fireplace in upstairs living room. Beautiful view of a spectacular pine forest from our outdoor deck off of master bedroom and living room. Outdoor furniture and gas grill on deck when seasonal. Includes crib, highchair, 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, 3 VCRS , cable TV, and lots of movies.

Townhome Ammenities: Big Outdoor HEATED pool, hot tub, saunas, rec room with ping pong table and pool table, playground, BBQ grill,picnic area, hiking trail.

Only 1 minute away from public beach, grocery store, golf course, ski rental shop, retail shops, and restaurants. Only 1 mile away from 6 Casinos, spas, Heavenly Ski Resort, snowmobiling, sledding, restaurants, beach, boat rentals, ice skating, shopping, movie theaters, golf, video arcade, live entertainment, boat rentals, dinner cruises, jet skiing, and water skiing.
