Our third stay...disappointing

This was our third stay at the property, but in our opinion we feel the standards have slipped over the years, which is a great shame as the condo is spacious, well planned out and occupies a great location being just a few minutes drive to 5th and the wonderful beaches. The Naples Bay is also a very pleasant resort with friendly staff and a nice pool area.
On this stay we experienced a couple of maintenance issues, one if which was dealt with straight away (emergency plumbing), but the second issue was a faulty shower door in the family bathroom which would not open. After reporting the issue on the Sunday, the door was not seen to until the Wednesday morning. This was despite numerous calls and emails. This was really inconvenient as a family.
Other negatives:
The carpets, while vacumed were heavily marked in places.
The bed linen needed replacing.
There was a shortage of drinking glasses and some cutlery missing. Only two teaspoons which were more like dessert spoons.
The soles of our feet were filthy, which we put down to the matting on the terrace which was filthy. We had to roll it up in the end.
The property was clean overall, however the valance on the bed had not been laundered and was stained. The skirting boards were dusty.
All of the above points have been raised with the owner so hopefully if you do choose to stay here the problems will have been addressed.
