Northlight Villa is custom designed by its Architect owner. The open plan design lends itself to easy, relaxed, peaceful living with cool ridge breezes and a spectacular Caribbean sea view. The main house includes a full size American pool table, large covered dining deck, private bedroom deck, secluded plunge pool and sunbathing deck. ( exclusive to Villa renters ). Wireless internet access installed in Villa and Studio. . Sit on the deck and watch beautiful sunsets. There is a pretty semi detached studio apartment with separate entrance complete with queen size bed ,bathroom, kitchenette and own dining, sun deck which can sleep 2 persons .( Plunge pool area not available to studio renters -( available if Villa unoccupied ) Northlight is adjacent to the prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course and just one mile from beautiful Paynes Bay and Sandy Lane beaches. Good shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within a three mile radius.

This pretty open plan studio can sleep 2 persons - It has its own entrance, is very light and airy and has its own convenient kitchenette,bathroom/shower and spacious deck/dining area with sun beds. There are lovely views looking out to the sea. The plunge pool area is only for Villa renters ( unless the Villa is unoccupied ). Wireless internet access installed . Car necessary -(we can organise booking of car)

Northlight is located approx. 1 mile from beautiful Paynes bay and a few minutes from Sandy Lane golf course.It is located close to an upmarket residential area but retains a 'local feel'.The house sits upon a ridge looking out from the dining/lounging deck to a lovely view of the sea and West Coast. The house is very private, surrounded by tropical plants and trees, it is situated on its own plot of land, and retains a peaceful, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Northlight is not in the 'tourist area' and for persons wanting to 'get away from it all' this is the perfect solution.

I am a single 47 year old female traveling alone. I recently stayed at the studio for 3 weeks it was truly a wonderful experience. The studio was clean and spacious. The property owners very helpful as giving me info on what to do and see and getting around. I did not rent a car, took public transportation and walked , I felt very safe at all times. I would recommend this small piece of paradise to anyone visiting the island. Happy travels,
