Florida Island Beach House - TRIPLEX 1 bed and 2 bed Condos available

We stayed in the SunPorch and had a fabulous time. It was a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. There were several great restaurants and great shops within walking distance. I will stay here on my next trip to Anna Maria Island which I hope will be very soon.

We rented the Sun Porch unit for a short beach get-a-way from Orlando - arived on Wednesday and left on Saturday. Barbara and Leon couldn't have been more lovely - responsive, helpful, and warm. The property was immaculate - true to the pictures in every sense. Plenty of room for our family of four. Proximity to the beach can't be beat for this price - literally 100 steps and you're on fine white sand and gorgeous gulf waters - heavenly. We could set up on the beach in the morning, scoot back over to the unit for lunch and reapplication of sunscreen, and be back in the warm waters for the afternoon. Great shell collecting and gentle waves for the kids. Outdoor shower a huge bonus and great for rinsing off after a long day of salt and sand. Laundry room access to wash and dry towels and bathing suits. Grill and pleny of tables and chairs for dinner on the patio. Loved that people would gather on the beach at sunset to catch the amazing view - not to miss! Can't even think of one critical comment to include here... and believe there is no better recommendation than to say we'll be back to rent this property again!

We stayed in the one bedroom. Is a little smaller than the 2 bedroom pictures on here and does not have the flat screen but not here to watch tv, here for the beach. We had 2 adults and a 6 year old and still had plenty of room, but will get 2 bedroom next time (2 bedroom was already booked up when we reserved). The beach is extremely close and the whole place has been remodeled very well. In the back was a seating area with a BBQ. Also had a laundry room available for no charge and free wireless internet (good signal strength and typing the review on it now). Owners came by and made sure we had everything we needed and were extremely nice and helpful. I can not believe the price of this place. Most places of this quality and location would be twice the price. Bed was very comfortable (believe was the memory foam topper). Bathroom was very spacious and the whole condo had lots of closet space. Had full size kitchen with dishes and even a dishwasher. The condo was very clean and well kept. Lots of places within walking distance and free trolly runs on island. If get a chance go south to long boat key and go to blue dolphin cafe for breakfast. Like that each condo had its own wood deck with chairs and tables. I can not wait to stay next time we come to the island. Would highly recommend to anybody, The other reviews were correct.
