COMFORTABLE AND QUIET, NEAR BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS, INTERNET ACCESS

Not too big and not too small - Bud's place was just the right size for our family of four to enjoy a long awaited, much anticipated vacation at the Cape! The cottage was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like our home away from home - or at least for the week! The location provides easy access to the "needs" (grocery store and laundry mat) and the "wants" (mini-golf, go carts, restaurants and shopping). The short walk through the sandy, wooded path to the beach was awesome! Long enough to support the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but short enough to provide easy access to a day of sun and sand! Bud's place also had just the right amount of "conveniences". We had a nice family cookout and s'mores on the BBQ and were able to relax and watch a movie at night. The internet access kept our boys happy enough without detracting from spending time together. We truly enjoyed spending the week at Bud's place and thank you for sharing your family's home at an affordable price. It had been a LONG time since we last took a family vacation. We had a WONDERFUL time and it was well worth the wait!

My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time here! We chose this place because the price was right and we wanted to within walking distance to the beach. When we arrived it was exactly as described. Pots, pans, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels. Basically everything you could imagine was there besides sheets and towels. When we were at Shaw's the woman behind us in line told us that her grandson had a good time at this new bar called Red Face Jacks. So we tried that out on Friday night and had a great time its only .9 miles from the cottage. There were also lots of restaurants and ice cream shoppes nearby that we tried as well. Ohhh there is also a phenomenal taffy place on the main road. Overall, we had a great trip!

My best friend and I came down for Memorial Day weekend and this house could not have been better for us. We are a fairly young group (20 and 22, respectively), and for the price you could not beat this! Hotels were asking at least double, and that was for a less convenient spot and just a room! All that is needed are towels and sheets. If you take a left out of the driveway, follow the path at the end of the street, and then take a left down the road you pop out on, it will bring you right to the ocean! It's really no more than a 5 minute walk, so no paying for parking!

As for inside of the home, everything was perfect. It was great for coming back after a day at the beach, fixing a snack and watching movies all night. Not to mention this house is extremely close to the main road that takes you into Hyannis (5 minutes away!), but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to come back next summer.
