Bud's Place is an affordable, lovely, fully-applianced, two bedroom, one bath cottage on a quiet dead-end street that comfortably sleeps 6. Public beaches are within one-half mile and accessible via a particularly pleasant forested path and back road. Amenities include high-speed Internet access, long-distance phone service and cable TV. The sunny, enclosed porch is a great place to relax in the cool ocean breezes. The patio area includes comfortable outdoor furniture, as well as a picnic table and grill. The large yard and private street make this a perfect family get-away. It has been enjoyed as a vacation home by its owners, Clevia and Bud, as well as their friends, family members and happy guests for many years.

2009 - What a Year!: Thank you once again to all our wonderful guests this past season. A record number of visitors enjoyed Bud's Place in 2009 and came from as far away as Norway. We hope all of you return in 2010. Three generations of family, friends and guests are still enjoying the amenities offered at Bud's Place, which would not be possible without your appreciation and care of the property.

Improvements: 2010 season visitors will enjoy updated bedrooms and bathroom tile. The new porch love seat and living room hide-a-bed were welcomed improvements for 2009. Upgrading the facility every year to provide fresh paint, clean carpets and comfortable accommodations will continue to be a priority.
