Newly refurbished 5 bedroom, 2 bath colonial just a few hundred yards from the Pier Area and 1/2 mile from Narragansett Town Beach! The house is 1,850 sq ft on a quiet street across from tennis courts, playground and a park. The house features a large eat in kitchen that opens to the family room, new tile and new carpet. The interior has been entirely repainted. The first level features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large eat in kitchen, family room and a mud room. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a den. Outside features a nicely landscaped yard with room to play and off street parking for 4 cars.

This house enjoys a perfect location in Narragansett. It is walking distance to Narragansett Town Beach which is the perfect place to swim, sunbathe, surf or just walk along the magnificent sea wall. Enjoy walking to Narragansett Pier, home of the famous Narragansett Towers one of the most photographed sites in Rhode Island. The famous Narragansett Pier is home to many restaurants, shops, movie theaters and activities. Picture yourself spending a week or a month at New England's best beach where getting in the car is optional. Families will enjoy the short walk (100 yards) to tennis courts, ball fields and parks. The South County Museum (less than a mile) offers tours and programs for all ages through the spring, summer and fall. This location is a walker or runner's paradise. If you choose to get in the car, drive down scenic Ocean Road for 3 miles to Scarborough Beach. Continue a few miles to Point Judith and catch the ferry to Block Island.

We stayed in this lovely house in August with our four sons and had a great time. The beaches are excellent, and the house felt like a summer retreat: the rooms were painted in lovely greens and blues, and had lots of room for our family (there was a bedroom we never used!).

The owners were extremely helpful, even taking our calls while they were at the beach to help us find the place, and offering information and pointers that made us feel at home.

Highly recommended!
