With accommodations for up to 19 Guests, our home is absolutely perfect for large families or for multiple families vacationing together or golfers looking for a better place to stay. Our home is only minutes away from some of the area's best golf courses. This fantastic beach home is located in a beautiful gated beach front community just seconds from the ocean. Our home comes with 2 golf carts (over $500 value) that make getting to and from the beach fun and easy for the whole family. For the golfers, there are several wonderful courses within 10 minutes of your front door and our newly replenished beach is just seconds from your back door. The Conch Cafe is the perfect beachfront dining location and parking isn't a problem as we have our own gated beachfront parking area. If you want to venture out a little further, the fine seafood restaurants of Murrells Inlet are less than 10 minutes away. Stay here and avoid the crowds but not the FUN!

Our beach is much less crowded than what you may be used to in Myrtle Beach which makes this location so rare. Golfers: get prepared for luxury that you won't find in your typical golf course condo's and you have a fantastic beach to relax on after 18 holes! WE HAVE TRIED TO THINK OF YOUR EVERY NEED!!!

Nearby Activities: There is plenty of open 'green space' around the area featuring ponds with an abundance of wildlife including ducks, swans, and turtles galore. There are several ball fields that you'll pass on the way to the beach in your golf carts. The golf carts really make getting coolers, chairs, and beach gear to and from the beach quick and easy. There's also a sand Volley ball court, a 'Bocce' area, and 2 Lighted Tennis Courts. You can also soak up the sun at our community outdoor pool or if you prefer, there is also an indoor heated pool which is open all year round. The amenities area features a gated play area for the 'little ones' with swing sets, and there's also a complete fitness center ($) and activities building. -- all nestled within this quiet little beach resort.

Golf carts and linens: As an added bonus, the use of 2 golf carts and linen service is conveniently included for our vacationing guests.

Hot and Sunny in Surfside

We rented this house because of the layout (we were 3 families travelling together). The house was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The neighbourhood was quaint - all the houses are painted in pretty pastel colours. The beach is a short drive away (we used the golfcarts that were provided). The days were hot and sunny and the beach was perfect for the kids (lots of fun waves and shallow enough for the little ones.) It was quite busy - but that is too be expected. The Conch Cafe - which is located on the beach was a great place to sit and have a cool drink and some tasty appetizers. We went to the Legends show which was amazing - Tina Turner was outstanding. We also went to the water park which was a lot of fun. The Nascar Driving Park was terrible. The line ups were long and the rides were short. Also, *very important to note* the one amazing ride they do have, you have to show your driver's license. So make sure you bring it along. Over all, our trip was a lot of fun and we consider ourselves lucky that we didn't rent a place right in Myrtle Beach. It was so crowded and tacky and down right depressing. Surfside is a wonderful place for a family vacation. This particular house was an amazing value and worked out great for our 3 families. (P.S. every bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player which worked out great when the kids wanted to watch their movies and the parents didn't!)
