New luxury home steps from the beach, a private pool ( heated October through April), views from every room, and located in the beach community closest to downtown Charleston! Great restaurants and shops! Across the street from a beach access! Features include pool with an outdoor fireplace and bar on the first floor deck, an open floor plan, elevator, wet bar, French doors, 100-year-old antique pine floors, ten-foot smooth ceilings, crown moldings, marble baths in both the downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom includes a fireplace, a large bath with Jacuzzi tub and spa steam shower, with massage body sprays and a rainwater shower head. The kitchen has granite counters and Subzero and Thermador appliances. Large windows & spacious balconies display fantastic river, marsh, and Morris Island Lighthouse views from the back of the house as well as magnificent ocean views from the front – imagine the sunrises and sunsets!

Folly Beach - beautiful house & great location

This was a beautiful, brand new house located at Folly Beach. The views were excellent as were all the amenities included with the house. The pool is on the small side but that is the only drawback. 1 minute walk across the street to the beach, which is a nicer beach than anything we experienced in the Outer Banks a few weeks earlier. 20 minute, easy drive into Charleston. Folly Beach is nice and quiet with a few restaurants and bars. Great for a family getaway or get together with friends. Will definitely look to rent this place again.

My family had a Thanksgiving reuinion at this home. You can't imagine how lovely until you walk in the door and see the panoramic view of marsh and ocean. A view from every bedroom and a great kitchen to cook for sixteen. We had a ball.

The master is Very, Very luxurious with a killer view.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
