This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in the famed World Golf Village, home of the King and Bear and Slammer and Squirre golf courses. It sits on a corner lot with a pond outback. Kitchen is fully stocked. Porch is screened. A few of the attractions in the area are 2-18 hole golf course, Imax Theater, World Golf Hall of Fame, PGA Golf Academy (teaching golf lessons) Bill Murray's Caddyshack restaurant, Atlantic Ocean, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, historic St. Augustine and much more.
